Methods for implementing power delivery transactions between a buyer and a seller of electrical energy supplied to an electrical grid by an integrated renewable energy source (RES) and energy storage system (ESS) of a RES-ESS facility are provided. Estimated total potential output of the RES is compared to a point of grid interconnect (POGI) limit to identify potential RES overgeneration, and the buyer is charged if potential RES overgeneration is less than potential overgeneration during one or more retrospective time windows. The method provides a basis for the RES-ESS facility owner to be paid for an estimated amount of energy that did not get stored as a result of a grid operator not fully discharging an ESS prior to the start of a new day.

Upon receiving the start instruction, the electricity delivery vehicle sets the home as a goal point, and automatically starts moving. Upon reaching the home, the electricity delivery vehicle connects the built-in mobile battery with the fixed battery at the home, and supplies power from the mobile battery to the fixed battery.

Each user corresponds to an energy storage device, and each energy storage device has a stage of charge. The server determines a scheduled power consumption target of each scheduling period for each user according to a total support power, multiple power consumption references of the users, and the stages of charge. The server transmits each scheduled power consumption target corresponding to a first scheduling period of the scheduling periods to the corresponding site controller. Each site controller controls the corresponding energy storage device to charge or discharge according to the corresponding actual load and the corresponding state of charge in the first scheduling period so that the power consumption of the corresponding user during the first scheduling period meets the corresponding scheduled power consumption target.

Parameter Tuning Method of Energy Storage System and the Energy Storage System

The invention provides a parameters tuning method of energy storage system and the energy storage system, and the method comprises the following steps: using PID control module to construct a closed-loop control subsystem of energy dispatching; acquiring PID initial parameters according to the energy dispatching model of the energy storage system; setting an adaptive model in the PID control module, and processing the PID initial parameters through the adaptive model to obtain PID adjusted and modified parameters; using the PID adjusted and modified parameters to modify the PID parameters and get the PID tuning parameters. What's more, the system comprises a battery module, a bidirectional converter device, an energy dispatching subsystem and a closed-loop control subsystem; and the closed-loop control subsystem is provided with a PID control module, and the PID control module is provided with an adaptive model for realizing the parameters tuning method of the energy storage system. In addition, the invention can realize the parameters tuning of the energy storage system, so that the control can adapt to the characteristics of the distributed energy storage system, deal with the uncertainty to achieve better control effect, and reduce the failure rate and maintenance cost.
