Absorbent article with absorbent core
An absorbent article includes a first waist region, a second waist region, and a crotch region disposed between the first and second waist regions; and a chassis comprising a topsheet, a backsheet and an absorbent core. The article also includes a waist feature joined to the chassis a waist region and having a portion extending longitudinally outboard of the chassis in said waist region. The backsheet has a barrier layer having a maximum length, L.sub.BS. The absorbent core has absorbent material and a maximum length, L.sub.CW, and wherein L.sub.CW is substantially the same as L.sub.BS. The absorbent material is disposed in an absorbent material deposition area. The absorbent material deposition area has a maximum length, L.sub.AB, wherein L.sub.AB is about 90% or greater of L.sub.BS. The first absorbent area lateral edge is disposed a longitudinal distance, D1, from the first barrier lateral edge, wherein D1 is 5% or less of L.sub.BS.
ABSORBENT ARTICLE WITH SELECTIVELY POSITIONED WAIST CONTAINMENT MEMBER
An absorbent article (10, 110, 210, 310) can include a chassis (11) including an absorbent body (34). The chassis (11) can include a body facing surface (19). The absorbent article (10, 110, 210, 310) can also include a waist containment member (54, 154, 254). The waist containment member (54, 154, 254) can include a proximal portion (76) coupled to the body facing surface (19) of the chassis (11) and a distal portion (78) that includes a free edge (88). The distal portion (78) can be free to move with respect to the chassis (11) when the absorbent article (10, 110, 210, 310) is in a relaxed configuration. The free edge (88) can be about 50.0 millimeters or less from the rear waist edge (24) of the absorbent article (10, 110, 210, 310) when the absorbent article (10, 110, 210, 310) is in the stretched, laid-flat configuration.

Absorbent articles with extended leg elastics
An absorbent article is described that includes leg elastics that form the outermost edges of the product. The leg elastics can include an increased number of elastomeric strands and can extend outboard of the chassis. In this manner, the leg elastics can form a proper seal with the legs of the wearer without interference and can be visually inspected by a caregiver. Placing the leg elastics outboard of the chassis also provides for an efficient manner of producing the garment by attaching multiple elastic components to the garment along a vertical bonding seam.

DIAPER SYSTEM
The present invention provides for and improved diaper system including a proximal structure, a distal structure, and a securing configuration incorporated with the system, whereby each of the proximal structure and distal structure are constructing a range with one or more water absorbent polymers and have therein an interior cavity.
Absorbent article with waist gasketing element and leg cuffs
A disposable absorbent article may include a chassis that includes a topsheet, a backsheet, and an absorbent core disposed between the topsheet and the backsheet; and a leg gasketing system and at least one waist gasketing element. The leg gasketing system may include an inner cuff and an outer cuff; the inner cuff may include an inner cuff folded edge and an inner cuff material edge and the outer cuff may include an outer cuff material edge such that the web of material is folded laterally outward to form the inner cuff folded edge. The leg gasketing system may also include a leg gasketing system pocket with an opening on an inboard longitudinal edge of the pocket.
