ABSORBENT ARTICLE
An absorbent article, such as, a garment-like absorbent article, can have a first waist region, a second waist region, and a crotch region extending between and interconnecting the first waist region and the second waist region. Each of the first waist region and the second waist region can have an elastic material. The absorbent article can have an absorbent core wherein a portion of the absorbent core can be located in the crotch region, a portion of the absorbent core can be located in a portion of the first waist region, and a portion of the absorbent core can be located in a portion of the second waist region. Within each of the first waist region and the second waist region, an overlapping region can exist where the absorbent core is in an overlapping configuration with the elastic material within the first waist region and the second waist region.

ABSORBENT ARTICLE WITH REFASTENABLE SIDE SEAMS AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING
Absorbent articles and methods of manufacturing are disclosed. An absorbent article may comprise a chassis comprising a bodyside liner, outer cover, and absorbent body, elastomeric rear side panels and elastomeric front side panels attached to longitudinally extending side edges of the chassis, a portion of each of the elastomeric front and rear side panels and the chassis forming a front waist edge and a rear waist edge, respectively. First and second mechanical fastening components may be coupled to the front waist region and configured to releasably couple to the front waist region to the rear waist region. Each of the rear and front waist edge may further have a width and a ratio of the rear waist edge width to the front waist edge width may be between about 1.5 and about 3.0.

ABSORBENT ARTICLES COMPRISING SENSORS
A sensor system for detecting a property of or within an absorbent article may comprise an absorbent article and a sensor. The absorbent article may comprise a garment-facing layer and an absorbent assembly. The sensor may be disposed in and/or on the absorbent article. The sensor may be separable from the absorbent article. The sensor may be configured to sense a change in condition within the absorbent article.
WEARABLE ABSORBENT ARTICLE WITH ROBUST-FEELING WAISTBAND STRUCTURE
A disposable diaper having front and rear augmented waistband zones having a specified size and stiffness is disclosed. For relatively thinner, less bulky diapers of currently marketed designs, providing augmented waistband zones is believed to reduce mental and physical effort for the caregiver in application of the diaper. The augmented waistband zones provide a robust-feeling structure proximate the waist edges, which the caregiver may grasp at front and rear to adjust the diaper on the wearer. Caregiver perception of a need to reach deeper into the diaper structure to grasp it at a thicker area to tug at it is believed to be reduced.

ABSORBENT ARTICLE
A pant type disposable absorbent product comprising a front body panel, a back body panel positioned at a distance from said front body panel, and an absorbent member; said absorbent product having a longitudinal central axis X-X and a transverse central axis Y-Y; said front body panel being substantially rectangular, and having a waist edge, two side edges, and an inward edge comprising a crotch edge, and leg opening edges on each side of the crotch edge, between the crotch edge and each side edge, said front body panel being at least partially elasticized, said back body panel having a waist edge, two side edges, a crotch edge, and leg opening edges on each side of the crotch edge, between the crotch edge and each side edge, wherein a distance from the crotch edge to the waist edge is greater than the length of the side edges.

ABSORBENT ARTICLE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
Both high air permeability and high peeling strength are achieved.
The above problem is solved by providing an underpants-type disposable diaper including a stretchable region (80) stretchable at least in one direction in an outer body (20), in which the stretchable region (80) is formed by stacking an elastic film (30) between a first sheet layer (20A) composed of a nonwoven fabric and a second sheet layer (20B) composed of a nonwoven fabric, and in a state in which the elastic film (30) is stretched in the stretching and contracting direction, the first sheet layer (20A) and the second sheet layer (20B) are joined via through holes (31) formed in the elastic film (30) at a large number of sheet bond portions (40) arranged at intervals in each of a stretching and contracting direction and a direction orthogonal thereto, and in the sheet bond portions (40), the first sheet layer (20A) and the second sheet layer (20B) are joined at least by a melted and solidified material (30m) of the elastic film (30) among the first sheet layer (20A) and the second sheet layer (20B).
