UNDERPANTS-TYPE DISPOSABLE DIAPER
An underpants-type disposable diaper wherein the end portions of elastic members are kept from being drawn in, and the bonding strength in side sealed portions is kept from deteriorating. The diaper has outer member defining front and back body sections, wherein side portions of the outer member in the front and back body sections are joined to form side sealed portions, which produce a waist opening and a pair of leg openings. The front and/or back body sections, are provided with a tortuous elastic member extending with curvature from one to the other of the side sealed portions, and bonded thereto with adhesive. The amount of adhesive applied to a zone neighbouring the inner zone of each side sealed portion is larger than that applied to the outer zone of each side sealed portion.
WEARABLE ARTICLE HAVING ELASTIC BELT
A wearable article wherein least some of the elastic bodies may be arranged in at least 2 sets of a concentrated array defined as meeting: a) one concentrated array is formed by 2-4 elastic bodies; b) each elastic body within one concentrated array is disposed in an inner-interval between each elastic body of 2-4 mm; and c) one specific concentrated array disposed in an extra-interval between at least one neighboring elastic body outside the specific concentrated array of less than 8 mm. The entirety of the length of the belt side edge of the front belt may be seamed with a certain length of the belt side edge of the back belt to define a seam length LS. The front and back belts may each divided into 4 zones wherein at least 2 concentrated arrays are disposed on the front proximal tummy zone or the back distal tummy zone.

WEARABLE ARTICLE HAVING ELASTIC BELT
Disclosed is a wearable article comprising a main body and a ring-like elastic belt comprising a front belt and a back belt. At least some of the elastic bodies may be arranged in an array, the array defined as meeting: a) one array is formed by 2-10 elastic bodies; b) each elastic body within one array is disposed in an inner-interval between each elastic body of 2-4 mm; and c) one specific array disposed in an extra-interval between at least one neighboring elastic bodies outside the specific array of greater than the inner-interval. Further, the front belt may comprise at least 5 arrays.

ABSORBENT ARTICLE WITH REFASTENABLE SIDE SEAMS AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING
Absorbent articles and methods of manufacturing absorbent articles are disclosed. A method for forming a plurality of absorbent articles may comprise advancing a first web in a first direction, attaching first and second elastomeric rear side panel materials to first and second side edges of the first web and forming a first chassis width, attaching first and second elastomeric front side panel materials to the first and second side edges of the first web and forming a second chassis width, and severing the first web through the first and second elastomeric front side panel materials and through the first and second elastomeric rear side panel materials to form a plurality of individual absorbent articles, wherein a ratio of the first chassis width to the second chassis width is between about 1.5 and about 3.0.
Disposable wearing article with improved air permeability and manufacturing method therefor
An elastic film stretchable structure in which an elastic film is stacked between a first sheet layer having air permeability and a second sheet layer having air permeability, the first sheet layer and the second sheet layer are bonded through bonding holes penetrating the elastic film at a number of sheet bonded portions arranged at intervals. A region having the elastic film stretchable structure has a stretchable region that is stretchable in a stretchable direction, and the stretchable region is contracted in the stretchable direction by a contraction force of the elastic film and is extensible in the stretchable direction, and vent holes are formed on the elastic film at sites where the elastic film does not overlap with the sheet bonded portions.
