NONWOVEN FABRICS COMPRISING POLYLACTIC ACID HAVING IMPROVED STRENGTH AND TOUGHNESS
Nonwoven fabrics having a plurality of fibers that are bonded to each other to form a coherent web, wherein the fibers comprise a blend of a polylactic acid (PLA) and at least one secondary alkane sulfonate are provided. The nonwoven fabrics exhibit increased tensile strengths, elongation and toughness.

COMPOSTABLE ABSORBENT ARTICLE
The present invention relates to a disposable absorbent article that can be fully compostable, wherein such article contains, as sole absorbent material, one or more silicon-based products selected from: hydrated aluminosilicates and fumed silica, optionally in combination with other silica-based compounds and/or natural silica, processes for the preparation of such article and for the preparation of said absorbent material.
Wearable article comprising an elastic belt laminate
A wearable article comprising an elastic laminate with an inner web and an outer web being in a face to face relationship, and a skin-facing outer surface and a garment-facing outer surface. The elastic laminate has a total caliper when subjected to the NMR MOUSE method as defined herein, the total caliper having a first 200 m sub-caliper corresponding to 200 m of the total caliper starting from the skin-facing outer surface and extending towards the garment-facing outer surface, and a last 200 m sub-caliper corresponding to 200 m of the total caliper starting from the garment-facing outer surface and extending towards the skin-facing outer surface. The elastic laminate has a % Liquid Ratio in the first 200 micron sub-caliper to total caliper of less than 20% after 1 minute according to the NMR MOUSE method.
Wearable article comprising an elastic laminate
Wearable article comprising an elastic laminate with excellent sweat management properties. The elastic laminate comprises a first web and a second web. The second web is formed of a first fibrous layer and a second fibrous layer, which are integrally combined with each other. The second fibrous layer may be more hydrophilic than the first fibrous layer, and/or the second fibrous layer may have higher average surface area per volume than the first fibrous layer.
HYGIENE ARTICLES CONTAINING NANOFIBERS
Disposable hygiene article including a top sheet comprising a perforated hydrophilic non-woven fabric layer, wherein the perforated hydrophilic non-woven fabric layer has a plurality of pores and a skin facing surface and a garment facing surface opposite the skin facing surface; and a nanofiber layer disposed on the garment facing surface of the perforated hydrophilic non-woven fabric layer, wherein the nanofiber layer has densely packed nanofibers disposed between at least a portion of the plurality of pores; and loosely packed nanofibers disposed over at least a portion of the plurality of pores.
TOPICAL APPLICATION FOR ABSORBENT ARTICLE
A feminine hygiene pad, comprising a topsheet lotion composition in discrete drops on individual fibers of the topsheet; wherein the discrete drops are on both the outer surface and between the outer surface and inner surface of the topsheet; wherein each drop is at most about 100 microns; and wherein the lotion composition has a viscosity from about 3.0 cP to about 5.0 cP at 80 C.
