A pendant comprising: an anchor portion having a top flat portion, bottom flat portion and connector between and substantially perpendicular to the top flat portion and the bottom flat portion with a first end and a second end; at least one gemstone holder having a first side portion with a first protrusion and a second side portion with a second protrusion, an opening between the first side portion and the second side portion, a top portion in communication with the first side portion and the second side portion, wherein the anchor portion is received in the opening of each of the at least one gemstone holders to allow the gemstone holders to slide along the anchor portion; a first end rectangular support that is attached to a first end of the anchor portion; and a second end rectangular support that is attached to a second end of the anchor portion.

An ornamental component for a bracelet and/or necklace includes a housing with a channel passing therethrough for supporting an elongate member. A single slot is within the housing for the elongate member to gain access to and from the channel. The slot may be substantially parallel to the axis of the channel and pass through a wall of the housing to the channel. The channel and the slot provide a cut-out that creates a substantially C-shaped housing. The slot is configured to resist but allow the passing of the elongate member into the channel.

The design insert is secured within the mounting section on the inner surface of the ring shank. The design insert further comprises a combination of letters, numbers, and/or symbols. A method for installing a design insert on a ring comprising the steps placing at least one design insert on an inner surface of a ring, wherein the design insert is configured to fit within a mounting section on the inner surface of the ring; and securing the at least one design insert within the mounting section.
