The clip in a closed state having a through hole (102) allowing said clip to wreathe an elongated member (301) of a bracelet and/or necklace. The clip comprises: a first part (120) and a second part (130), the first and second parts being connected by a hinge (101); and a resilient element (150) arranged in the second part. The resilient element comprising a first gripping surface for frictionally gripping a surface (151) of the elongated member. The resilient element being spaced apart from the first part. The first part comprises a rigid second gripping surface (121, 122) for gripping a surface of the elongated member, and the resilient element and the rigid second gripping surface allows the clip to be releasably secured at selected positions along the elongated member and allows said clip in a closed state to be movable along the elongated member, on which it is positioned by exerting a force in the axial direction.
Device with lighting, location and communication services
A device with lighting creating the appearance of animations is disclosed herein. The device includes: a first layer of translucent material and a second layer of translucent material, where the first and second layers of translucent material are attached to form a combined piece of translucent material, and where a first image is etched into the first layer and a second image is etched into the second layer; a housing unit including a first LED used solely with the first layer and a second LED used solely with the second layer; control circuitry connected to the first and the second LEDs; and a power source connected to the control circuitry.
Combination setting for jewelry stones
A jewelry setting including a structure having an outer circumference in a round shape and setting a first set of stones, a second set of stones and a third set of stones, the first set of stones being set within the structure using a combination of prongs and a first set of mounting apertures, the second set of stones being set within the structure using a combination of the prongs and a second set of mounting apertures, the third set of stones being set within the structure using a friction setting and a third set of mounting apertures, the first set of stones, the second set of stones and the third set of stones being arranged so that the first set of stones, the second set of stones and the third set of stones appear to be a continuous, uninterrupted surface thus creating an illusion of a large stone in the round shape.
JEWEL PROVIDED WITH ONE OR MORE ACCESSORY ELEMENTS REVERSIBLY COUPLABLE THERETO
A jewel includes a bracelet and a pendant reversibly attachable to the bracelet at an end. The pendant includes an ornamental element connected to a pin at a first end, and an elongated coupling transversally connected to the pin at a second end. An O-ring is on the pin between the coupling and the ornamental element. The bracelet is integrally connected to a block, including a cavity accommodating the coupling, and an opening crossable by the coupling by inserting it into the cavity. The O-ring is compressed between the block and the ornamental element when the coupling is inserted into the cavity. One inserts the coupling into the cavity and rotates the pendant so the coupling is arranged transversally to the opening of the block. The O-ring keeps the coupling against the portion of block delimiting the opening, preventing relative rotation between the pendant and the block.
APPARATUS USED WITH A STUD EARRING
An apparatus used with a stud earring is presented. The apparatus has an elongate body having an upper end, a lower end, a front surface, and a back surface. The apparatus further has an attachment means having a front side and a back side. The attachment means is generally located at said upper end of the elongate body and the front side of the attachment means is removably coupled to a back end of the stud earring by a securing means. The securing means is removably coupled to the back side of the attachment means of the elongate body. The elongated body may have a design which can be easily removed and replaced. Further it may also or alternatively have coupling coupled to the lower end of the elongated body.
