One or more decorative nuts are for threaded engagement with the threaded main shaft, and a securing member is for attaching the hanging link with the threaded main shaft. In another embodiment there is a partially closed loop that is comprised of separate loop portions, a pivot pin that connects the separate loop portions and that enables the separate loop portions to open and close, a sleeve disposed about the partially close loop and slideable to cover and uncover the pivot pin and a threaded main shaft engaged with the threaded opening of the respective heads.

An interchangeable jewelry apparatus for displaying interchangeable indicia includes a base with an aperture extending through a front side and a rear side of the base. The base has a first notch extending into the rear side adjacent to the aperture. An insert panel is removably couplable to the base such that the insert panel is positioned in the aperture of the base. The insert panel comprises a body and a first tab which are coupled to each other. The first tab is received into the first notch when the insert panel is 10 coupled to the base, and the first notch is shaped such that the first tab snap fits to the base when the first tab is received into the first notch. An improved jewelry member comprises a transparent cover or shield member, a frame housing including a top surface, a bottom surface and a top peripheral wall portion bounded by an outer peripheral wall portion and an authentic or natural and polished wood member secured to the top surface of the frame housing. A shank fastening member secured to the bottom surface of the frame housing. At least one feather arrangement is disposed and fixed to the top surface of the authentic or natural polished wood member. The transparent cover or shield member is secured by a bonding material to at least the top surface of the authentic or natural polished wood member to completely cover the at least one feather arrangement and at least a portion of the authentic or natural and polished wood member and the frame housing to protect them from damage.

A convertible tool-chain with a counterweight designed to hold and carry tools in various configurations for maximum efficacy and comfort. The present invention provides a gemstone comprising a girdle dividing the gemstone into a pavilion and a crown having a table surface; a tier of facets cut into the pavilion at a position immediately below the girdle; and a continuous groove. A modular magnetic jewelry system includes a jewelry body having a magnetic jewelry base and a magnetic jewelry head configured to magnetically couple with the magnetic jewelry base. The magnetic jewelry base may include a first permanent magnet, and the magnetic jewelry head may include a second permanent magnet, and a malleable resilient gasket placed between said base and said head. The jewelry body may have a male or female threaded portion, and the head may have a threaded portion of opposite gender to said jewelry body for mating engagement therewith when the head is magnetically coupled to the magnetic base.
