The application is directed to a system for changing out a used undergarment worn by a person. The system includes an outer package comprising a changing pad and one or more changing items therein. A person may be placed atop the changing pad during changing out from the used undergarment to a new or clean undergarment. The changing pad may be used as a disposal package for the outer package, used undergarment and the one or more changing items.

Securing Member

A securing member is provided with a first, second, and third strip member, and the strip members are folded and laminated. The first strip member has a strip-shaped first substrate layer and a first adhesive layer provided on a first surface of the first substrate layer; the second strip member has a strip-shaped second substrate layer positioned between the first and third strip members, and a third adhesive layer provided on a first surface of the second substrate layer; and the third strip member has a strip-shaped third substrate layer and a third adhesive layer provided on a first surface of the third substrate layer. A portion of the first adhesive layer is detachably adhered to a second surface of the second substrate layer; a portion of the second adhesive layer is detachably adhered to a second surface of the third substrate layer; and the second substrate layer has elasticity.

A pull-on disposable diaper includes a front side portion; a back side portion; a crotch portion; a waist opening; and a pair of leg openings. An edge portion of the waist opening of the front side portion includes a recessed portion that is recessed in the lengthwise direction toward the crotch portion with respect to an edge portion of the waist opening of the back side portion. A tape member is fixed on a non-skin side surface of the back side portion so as to be extendable toward the waist opening in the lengthwise direction, the tape member being used for fixing the diaper in a small state in the lengthwise direction when the diaper is disposed of. The recessed portion is provided at a position corresponding to the tape member in the lateral direction.
