Package assembly for or with a tampon applicator
Disclosed is a tampon applicator package assembly having a tampon applicator and a cap having a closed end and an open end. The tampon applicator has a barrel for housing a pledget and a plunger. The plunger has an end portion that is a cap cover that connects to a remainder of the plunger and mates with the cap at the open end to provide a seal with the cap that completely encloses the tampon applicator in the cap. Also disclosed is an assembly having a tampon applicator, a cap having both a closed end and open end, and a cap cover for covering the open end of the cap. When the cap cover is placed on the open end, the open end is sealed and the tampon applicator is completely enclosed in the cap.

Color enhancement utilizing up converters and/or down converters
A light emitting composition including first color emitters and second color emitters. The first color emitters are configured to emit, upon exposure to an energy source, visible light at a target color in response to absorption of energy across a first band of wavelengths. The second color emitters are configured to emit, upon exposure to the energy source, visible light at the target color in response to absorption of energy across a second band of wavelengths. The light intensity observable at the target color is enhanced relative to reflected white light without emission from the first and second color emitters. The light emitting composition can be a part of a paint, an ink, a fabric, a thread, a road sign, a highway marking, an automobile, a boat, a plane, a reflector, a building product, a concrete product, an epoxy product, a jewelry product, colored contact lens, a candle product, a rubber product, a plastic product, or other colored surface.
TAMPON INSERTION DEVICE
A tampon insertion device for inserting a tampon from a tampon applicator into a vaginal canal. The devices includes a hollow casing having an open distal end, a proximal end, a top wall extending between the proximal and distal ends, an open bottom opposing the top wall, and a clamp portion located at the distal end of the casing. The device further includes a plunger actuator located in the interior of the casing for linear movement therein, and a handle slidably positioned external to the casing and connected to the actuator such that linear sliding movement of the handle with respect to the casing causes a corresponding linear movement of the actuator within the casing. A method of inserting a tampon is also provided.
Disposable Absorbent Article
An absorbent article comprising an applicator and an absorbent tampon is disclosed herein. The applicator has an insertion portion and a plunger portion, the plunger portion being movable within the insertion portion. The absorbent tampon is disposed within the insertion portion, and the absorbent tampon has a primary absorbent member. At least one of the applicator or absorbent tampon is made up of, at least in part, bio-sourced material.
Tampon Disposal Packaging
A tampon disposal packaging that can be used to secure both an un-used and used tampon has a wrapper body and an adhesive strip. The wrapper body has a primary wrapping layer, a secondary wrapping layer, and a sealable perimeter. In a first configuration, the primary wrapping layer is folded over to encase the secondary wrapping layer, the adhesive strip, and a tampon, wherein the sealable perimeter secures the edges of the primary wrapping layer together. The primary wrapping layer has a pocket portion that forms a pocket in conjunction with the secondary wrapping layer, allowing for the disposal of the tampon once the primary wrapping layer has been opened. Further, the primary wrapping layer has a flap portion to which the adhesive strip is connected. The flap portion can be folded over the secondary wrapping layer in order to close the pocket and secure the tampon within the pocket.
Combination Catamenial Tampon and Wipe
A catamenial tampon product combines a catamenial tampon and a personal hygiene cleansing wipe in one convenient package. The personal hygiene cleansing wipe is contained in an individual sealed package. The catamenial tampon product includes a pouch that contains the catamenial tampon. In some embodiments, the personal hygiene cleansing wipe is also contained within the pouch. Some embodiments of the catamenial tampon product have an opening that is covered by an adhesive panel or a closure flap.
Feminine needs container
A feminine needs container may comprise an elongated member having a hollow compartment, a clothing attachment member coupled to the elongated member and configured to removably attach to a garment, wherein the hollow compartment is configured to receive and store at least one feminine needs product. The elongated member can be removably attachable to the garments via the clothing attachment member such that the feminine needs container may be concealed from public view and carried hands-free without the need for a larger bag/purse to carry them.
