ABSORBENT ARTICLE HAVING FASTENING SYSTEM
An absorbent article has a first waist region, a second waist region, a crotch region disposed between the first and second waist regions; and a chassis comprising a topsheet, a backsheet, and an absorbent core disposed between the topsheet and backsheet. The article also includes a primary fastening system and secondary fastening system. The primary fastening system has a primary fastening component disposed in the second waist region and a primary receiving component disposed in the first waist region and operatively engageable with the primary fastening component. The secondary fastening system includes a secondary fastening component disposed in the first waist region and a secondary receiving component disposed in the second waist region and operatively engageable with the secondary fastening component. The article further includes a decoupled zone disposed longitudinally inboard of the secondary fastening component.
DURABLE UNDERWEAR ADAPTED FOR USE WITH ABSORBENT COMPONENT
A durable underwear brief panty adapted to accommodate an absorbent component is disclosed. The panty may include a crotch portion that exhibits a crotch longitudinal Elongation of 5 percent to 100 percent and a crotch longitudinal Tensile Modulus of 20 gf/mm to 100 gf/mm; and a crotch lateral Elongation of 50 percent to 200 percent and a crotch lateral Tensile Modulus of 2 gf/mm to 20 gf/mm. A combination of a brief panty and an absorbent pad, and an array including a brief panty product and an absorbent pad product, are also disclosed. The products are useful for management of incontinence.
Pull-on wearable article with informational image
A pull-on wearable article includes a main portion including an outer cover, the main portion defining a front waist region, a rear waist region, and a crotch region extending between and connecting the front and rear waist regions. First and second extendable side regions extend between and connect the main portion front waist region and the main portion rear waist region to form the article in a closed waist configuration, at least a portion of each side regions being extendable between a relaxed state and an extended state. An informational image is disposed in at least the first side region. The article may further include a texture feature formed in an outer surface of the article and positioned proximate to the informational image to form a composite image. Alternatively or additionally, the image includes a cognitively functional graphic.
DURABLE ABSORBENT PANT
This invention relates to features of durable absorbent pants (for example, underwear briefs) to be worn for containing and absorbing bodily discharges, wherein the pants include an integrated absorbent panel.
ABSORBENT ARTICLES WITH FRANGIBLE PATHWAYS WITH OPENING FACILITATION FEATURES
The present disclosure relates to absorbent articles comprise a first belt and a second belt with frangible pathways. An accessibility opening may also be positioned in the first and/or second belt, and a fastener component may be connected with the belt adjacent the accessibility opening. Such frangible pathway configurations provide a feature that allows an elastic belt of a diaper pant to be relatively easily torn along the frangible pathway when removing the diaper pant from a wearer, and the fastener component may provide a feature that helps maintain a used diaper pant in a disposal configuration. An absorbent article may also comprise opening facilitation features, such as opening operational indicia and opening mechanical aids, and combinations thereof. Such opening facilitation features may help a user to successfully determine the location and/or function of the fastener component and frangible pathway and/or successfully complete pant opening operations.
WEARING ARTICLE
A wearing article includes: a waist member including a waist body capable of expanding and contracting in a width direction and a male fastener; and an absorber that is disposed on a back portion, a crotch portion, and a front abdomen portion of a wearer. The absorber includes a core, a front sheet, a back sheet, and a female fastener. The core includes a core-side first non-woven fabric having a holding region holding an SAP and a first low-density region holding the SAP that has a low density and is adjacent in the orthogonal direction to both end portions in the orthogonal direction of the holding region. The male fastener and the female fastener are engaged with each other in a state where the absorber is folded in two in the orthogonal direction and both side portions of the waist member are folded in the width direction.
Adhesive Tape Assemblies
Various fastener tape assemblies are described, which may be used in the manufacture of disposable articles, and particularly disposable articles. The fastener tape assemblies comprise a fastening component and a connecting component. The connecting component further comprises an extension component and a bonding component. The fastener tape assemblies provide a new folding configuration. In some embodiments, be essentially free of adhesive. In other embodiments, the face of the extension component may be at least partially covered by an adhesive. Also described are disposable articles utilizing the fastener tape assemblies the face of the extension component may described herein.
ADULT DISPOSABLE ABSORBENT ARTICLES AND ARRAYS OF ABSORBENT ARTICLES COMPRISING IMPROVED DESIGNS
An array of packages comprising two or more different sizes of absorbent articles, the array comprising first, second, and third packages comprising first, second, and third absorbent articles having at least first and second sizes. The first, second, and third articles may have an insert length to rise ratio greater than 60%. And, the first, second, and third packages may comprise the same brand name and sub-brand name. And, the first, second, and third absorbent articles may have identical or substantially identical chassis.
ABSORBENT ARTICLE COMPRISING ATTACHMENT REGION
The present invention relates to absorbent articles comprising at least one attachment region for securing a wearable sensing device and further comprising visible placement indicia aligned with the attachment region wherein the visible placement indicia aids the placement of the wearable sensing device on the absorbent article. The present invention further relates to a system comprising the absorbent article and the wearable sensing device.
The present invention further relates to a method for manufacturing an absorbent article comprising visible placement indicia aligned with a wetness indicator and/or attachment region.
