A moisture management pant undergarment for wicking bodily fluid away from a wearer's skin into a fluid trapping core component of the undergarment, the garment comprising a pant body having leg openings having a crotch panel disposed therebetween, wherein at least a portion of the crotch panel is overlaid with a floating liner assembly partially fixedly attached to the pant body and adapted to accommodate the fluid trapping core component which traps bodily fluid wicked away from the wearer's skin, wherein at least one or more portions of the floating liner assembly and the crotch panel can be physically separated from each other to expose the fluid trapping core component to aid drying.

A permeable undergarment comprising, a top portion and a bottom portion wherein the top portion of the undergarment is provided by a waistband, and the bottom portion of the undergarment is provided with the permeable layer. The permeable layer comprises a mesh of wicking fibres to wick the body fluids discharged from a user and transfers the body fluids through the permeable layer. A detachable pouch having a base layer and a plurality of side walls is also provided. The detachable pouch is defined such that, the base layer and the plurality of side walls together form a housing region. The housing region may house at least one absorption pad. The detachable pouch may be detachably attached or joined to the undergarment such that, the body fluids discharged from the user flows through the permeable layer and into the detachable pouch for absorption by the at least one absorption pad.

A permeable undergarment comprising, a top portion and a bottom portion wherein the top portion of the undergarment is provided by a waistband, and the bottom portion of the undergarment is provided with the permeable layer. The permeable layer comprises a mesh of wicking fibres to wick the body fluids discharged from a user and transfers the body fluids through the permeable layer. A detachable pouch having a base layer and a plurality of side walls is also provided. The detachable pouch is defined such that, the base layer and the plurality of side walls together form a housing region. The housing region may house at least one absorption pad. The detachable pouch may be detachably attached or joined to the undergarment such that, the body fluids discharged from the user flows through the permeable layer and into the detachable pouch for absorption by the at least one absorption pad.

A catamenial undergarment device and method for facilitating retaining a menstruation pad in a fixed position against a crotch of a wearer includes an underpants garment including a pelvic covering section providing coverage from the waist to a top of the pair of thighs of the wearer. A leg section is coupled to and extends downwardly from a bottom side of the pelvic covering section and provides coverage from the top to a bottom of the pair of thighs of the wearer. A liner is coupled to the underpants garment and facilitates holding the menstruation pad within the underpants garment. A padded layer is coupled to the liner and removably abuts the menstruation pad.

A catamenial undergarment device and method for facilitating retaining a menstruation pad in a fixed position against a crotch of a wearer includes an underpants garment including a pelvic covering section providing coverage from the waist to a top of the pair of thighs of the wearer. A leg section is coupled to and extends downwardly from a bottom side of the pelvic covering section and provides coverage from the top to a bottom of the pair of thighs of the wearer. A liner is coupled to the underpants garment and facilitates holding the menstruation pad within the underpants garment. A padded layer is coupled to the liner and removably abuts the menstruation pad.

Panty underwear includes a removable pouch disposed above the crotch panel and between the leg openings. The pouch has a top opening opposite the wearer's vaginal opening, so that vaginal discharge flows to a sanitary napkin between the bottom of the pouch and the crotch panel. The pouch provides cooling to the wearer's labia and, in some embodiments, to her perineal area. The cooling is provided by either a single generally rectangular cooling pack with a central opening, or two cooling packs each being rectangular or J-shaped. The sanitary napkin can be internal or external to the pouch. Some embodiments of the underwear are intended for single use. Other embodiments of the underwear are intended to be re-usable, in that the sanitary napkin can be replaced and/or the cooling pack(s) can be re-used. The cooling pack(s) can be sealed with one-time or reusable thermal material therein, or they can be resealable with replaceable thermal material.

A urinary incontinence device for animals comprising a main panel with a first wing, center section, second wing, and crotch section that are laterally allied to form a single rectangular shape. The wings, center section and crotch section are comprised of three layers of fabric cut from the same pattern, including an outer waterproof cover, an intermediate absorbent layer, and an inner wicking layer. The invention further comprises a removable absorption pod comprised of a waterproof outer holder and one or more absorbent cloths contained within the waterproof outer holder. A pair of suspender strips extends perpendicularly from a front edge of the first and second wings and are configured to attach to a harness. Each suspender strap terminates in a removable harness adapter, which is attached to the suspender strap via a quick-release connector.

A decorative disposable undergarment which having features which make it a stronger, more fitted, and more aesthetic. The decorative disposable undergarment has a undergarment body formed from a disposable brief style undergarment that is constructed of a cotton-like fabric and includes a sewn in pad and a plurality of elastic, decorative retaining strips which each encircle the undergarment body and are attached to the exterior surface thereof. The strips, which each include a decorative design, are positioned on the undergarment body so that collectively, the strips extend from the top edge of the undergarment body to just above the uppermost portion of the pad. Attached to and extending down from the third strip is a hanging portion which operates to extend the decorative indicia further down the surface of the undergarment body.
