A bathtub lift (1) includes a floor plate (2), a seat plate (3) adjustable to vary the distance between the seat plate (3) and the floor plate (2), and a back plate (4) detachably arranged on the seat plate (3). The back plate (4) supports an adjustment device (5) driven by a drive (6) for adjusting the distance between the floor plate and the seat plate. A locking device (7) is configured to release the back plate (4). The back plate (4) is not arranged on the surface (8) of the seat plate (3) facing away from the floor plate (2), and a detaching of the floor plate (4) is only made possible in a floor-plate-side end position of the seat plate (3).

The equipment comprises: a seat (1), a backrest (2), which from a first position can be passed to a second position behind the back of the person, and a chassis (3) with an upper end to which the seat is connected and a lowermost end adapted to rest on a surface such as a floor. The equipment is to be placed on the surface positioned to the person such that the seat is placed under the behind of the person and from this first position the equipment with the person can be passed to a second position in which the chassis with its lower end rests on the surface such that the seat and backrest is raised relative to the surface e.g. to take a chair-like posture or a catapult position i.e. an upright position in which the person will be assisted to a standing position.

A patient transfer and positioning device includes a transfer sheet sized for receiving a supine patient, the sheet including at least one lateral inflatable chamber disposed at one lateral side of the transfer sheet. Disclosed is a carrying module detachably provided on a host module. The carrying module comprises two mounting bases, two guardrails, two bearing plates, and a backrest assembly. The two guardrails are respectively connected and locked to the mounting bases by means of a first coupling device.
