The pole apparatus may comprise a grip segment comprising a cord attachment surface; a pole segment; a tip segment and a cord extending between at least the pole segment and the tip segment. The grip segment, the pole segment, and the tip segment may be arrangeable in a side-by-side disposition. A portion of the cord extending between the pole segment and the tip segment may be positionable on the cord attachment surface in the side-by-side disposition. The grip segment may be removably attachable to the tip segment such that, when the portion of the cord is positioned on the cord attachment surface, the removable attachment of the grip segment to the tip segment may maintain the side-by-side disposition. The illumination system can further comprise at least one internal electrical conductor configured to transfer power from the power source to the light-emitting device. In some embodiments, the light-emitting from the support apparatus can be controlled by predetermined values to optimize preferred performance parameters.

An illuminated white cane is disclosed herein. The white cane has two translucent tubular sections which may contain a flexible illumination circuit. Each tubular section may have a red portion and a white portion, through which the illuminator circuit is able to transmit light. An elastic cord may pass through the two sections in parallel to the illuminator circuit, being anchored to a handle and handle core at one end, and a cane-tip bushing with a threaded retainer at the other end. The two tubular sections join with two bushings that are retained together by the tension of the elastic cord.

An auxiliary handle for a walking assistance device has a tube seat and a handgrip tube. The tube seat utilizes the positioning space for accepting a crutch tube. When a user holds the handle portion of the handgrip tube and turns it downward; when the handgrip tube is turned, the positioning protrusion of the connecting portion moves from the stopping portion to the positioning portion and compresses the elastic member. When the handgrip tube is horizontal, the positioning protrusion passes over the stopping edge and inserts into the positioning portion for positioning to lock the handgrip tube and prevent the elastic member from rebounding. Meanwhile, the user holds a top grip on the top of the walking assistance device with one hand, and holds the handgrip tube with the other hand, and then applies force to support the body to get up and stand.

A walking stick grip is defined with track slots for receiving a connecting buckle of a photographic device and with a convex portion engageable in a sliding groove of the connecting buckle and hence connectable to the photographic device. After taking pictures with the photographic device connected to the walking stick grip, the photographic device can be detached, and a cover body can be mounted on the grip, with the convex portion received in a sliding groove of the cover body, and convex sections of the cover body respectively pressed against blocking portions of the grip so that the portion of the grip that is mounted with the cover body can be gripped. The walking stick grip, therefore, facilitates picture taking as well as hiking.
