A spa sprayer contains: a body and a water spray unit. The spray unit including a spraying seat, a lid, and a cavity defined between the spraying seat and the lid. The spraying seat is mounted on an end of the body away from the motor and has an impeller received in the cavity. The lid has at least one inlet and two opposite outlets which are in communication with the cavity. The lid further has a spacing rib, an inflow space formed inside the spacing rib, an outflow space formed outside the spacing rib, and multiple tilted guide ribs. A tilted direction of the multiple tilted guide ribs corresponds to a rotation direction of the impeller, each of the multiple tilted guide ribs has an oblique angle, and the lid further has two stop shoulders extending from the two opposite outlets.

A passive cooling system for an electric motor drive circuit in a bathing installation, including a section of hollow pipe made of a thermally conductive tubing material, the pipe configured to form part of a water recirculation path of the bathing installation. An adapter structure has a conformal surface configured for attachment to an outer surface of the pipe and a circuit contacting surface for attachment to the motor drive circuit, the adapter structure fabricated of a thermally conductive adapter material. The adapter structure provides a thermal conductive path between the motor drive circuit and the pipe section, configured to pass heat generated by the circuitry to the pipe section and into spa water flowing through the water recirculation path, to cool the circuitry and warm the spa water.

A reconfigurable water distribution system for a walk-in tub bathing installation including two or more types of discharge ports for discharging water. The system includes a single motorized pump having an input connected to a suction port of the bathing installation, and an output port delivering pressurized water. A pipe system selectively connects the pump to the two or more types of discharge ports to selectively direct the pressurized water to the different ones of the types of discharge ports. The system selectively enables the bathing installation to perform a plurality of different functions using a single pump.

A device for washing the feet and lower legs of a user comprises a tub for receiving the feet and lower legs of the user; at least one footrest located within the tub for supporting the feet of a user during washing; a fluid supply mechanism for introducing fluid into the tub; one or more rotatable transversely extending cleaning assemblies located above the footrest for washing a user's feet; and one or more rotatable upright cleaning assemblies communicating with the fluid supply mechanism for washing one or both lower legs of the user, wherein each rotatable upright cleaning assembly is carried on a guiding mechanism for moving the one or more rotatable upright cleaning assemblies around a portion of the footrest during a lower leg and foot cleaning cycle.

An illuminated foot spa is provided. The foot spa has a surface which defines a basin for containing water and a pump magnetically driven by rotating magnets. A mount defines part of the surface and holds the pump against rotation. A coil associated with the mount and disposed exteriorly of the surface of the basin and interiorly of a magnetic field produced by the rotating magnets to produce a current in the coil that powers a plurality of lights operatively connected to the coil. The light conductivity associated with the mount permits the plurality of lights to be visible interiorly of the basin.

The foot spa has a rotating drive hub and a pump. The hub has North and South pole domains encircling a rotation axis in alternating relation. The pump includes a housing and an impeller, the housing having a pair of sides and defining: a cavity having a center and a periphery; an intake that communicates with the cavity center; and one or more ports communicating with the periphery. The impeller is mounted in the cavity and: defines blades which are adapted, upon rotation of the impeller in the cavity, to draw water through the intake and eject water through the one or more ports; and includes a portion that is ferromagnetic and a portion that is not ferromagnetic, the portions: being adapted such that rotation of the drive hub causes rotation of the impeller and abutting one another, one being axially displaced from the other.

A foot spa includes a body and an electrolysis device. The body has a receiving space for containing water. The electrolysis device is mounted on a bottom of the body and includes a case, a control module and two electrolyte plates. The control module is mounted inside the body. The two electrolyte plates are mounted on a top portion of the case and are electrically connected to the control module. When the foot spa is operated, salt water is added to the receiving space for the two electrolyte plates to be soaked into the salt water in generation of an electrolytic reaction, such that sodium hydroxide and hypochlorous acid can be generated from the salt water to sterilize and deodorize the feet of users and provide the hygienic advantage.

An air pump for dispensing air massage therapy to a basin is provided. It may be used and with a disposal liner. The air pump includes a motor, an air generator, a mounting housing member, a gasket or seal, and an air nozzle. The air pump assembly includes the air pump and the air dispenser. The air pump preferably also includes a printed circuit board (PCB), a PCB cover, an LED light, an infrared light, and a contactless fluid sensor. The present invention is also directed to a pump apparatus that includes an air pump as described, a power source, and/or a control apparatus.

The present invention is also directed to a fluid pump that comprises a motor assembly and a jet assembly comprising a jet assembly housing, a magnetic impeller, and at least one friction-reducing member. The present invention is further directed to a method for dispensing a fluid using the jet assembly comprising a jet assembly housing, a magnetic impeller, and at least one friction-reducing member. The at least one friction-reducing member allows a motor assembly to cause a magnetic impeller to rotate within a jet assembly housing and preferably not make contact with an inner surface of a back cover of the jet assembly housing during operation of the jet assembly such that a shaft member(s) and/or a bearing(s) is/are not required for rotation of the magnetic impeller.
