To this end, the thermotherapy device comprises: the ceramic part having an inner space formed therein; the heating part inserted in the inner space and having a heating element, generating heat so as to heat the ceramic part, and a transfer member transferring the heat generated by the heating element to the ceramic part; the power supply part supplying a current to the heating part; and a support part supporting the ceramic part, wherein the heating part can rotate relative to the power supply part such that the heating part rotates together with the ceramic part.

The compression wrap is securable to a body part with a distal wall of the bag-like enclosure against the body part. The system selectively applies vibration, heat or a combination of vibration and heat to the body part.
