Stretching belt for stretching of the spine
A stretching device for stretching and aligning a user's back may include a belt, optionally a gambrel and universal hook, and optionally a support system, such as a slotted door mount. The belt may be designed to wrap around the user's back and under the user's armpits, wherein the belt is a segmented belt having a plurality of raised segments spaced along a length of the belt. Rings may be attached to each end of the belt, wherein the rings may be designed to engage with a mounting device, such as the gambrel and universal hook.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DESIGNING KINETIC SHAPES
In one embodiment, a kinetic shape is designed by determining an applied force to be applied to an object that is to incorporate the kinetic shape, determining a reactive force that is desired to be produced in response to the applied force, inputting the applied force and the reactive force into a kinetic shape equation, and solving the equation to obtain the kinetic shape.
Multi-use mounting bracket with extension and internal support rod for gym accessories
Described herein are examples of multi-use mounting brackets having an extension with an internal support rod configured to support gym accessories. A single multi-use mounting bracket fits gym rigging or gym racks of different sizes and hole configurations. This accomplished by including multiple pairs of holes that are sized and positioned to be compatible with different gym rigging configurations. The multi-use mounting brackets described herein are advantageously designed to resist both downward and upward forces.
Self-massaging tool
A massaging tool includes a housing that includes a first shell member and a second shell member. The first shell member defines a first interior cavity, and the second shell member defines a second interior cavity. The housing is configurable in a first orientation where the first shell member is secured to the second shell member and a second orientation where the first shell member is decoupled from the second shell member.
EXERCISE EQUIPMENT FOR TRANSPORTATION OF ARTICLE OF FOOTWEAR
A sole arrangement for an article of footwear with a gradient depth value is provided. In one aspect of the disclosure, the sole arrangement extending from an end of a posterior area of the sole arrangement to an end of an anterior area of the sole arrangement, wherein the posterior area of the sole arrangement being formed under a heel area and the anterior area of the sole arrangement being formed under a forefoot area of a foot. The sole arrangement having an upper facing surface and a ground engaging surface, wherein the upper facing surface being on an opposite side of the sole arrangement than the ground engaging surface. The sole arrangement having a maximum posterior depth value. The sole arrangement having a maximum anterior depth value. The maximum posterior depth value may be smaller than the maximum anterior depth value by a first margin.
Lumbar decompression device
A lumbar decompression device may include one or more bases that support one or more uprights with a plurality of upper support members and a plurality of lower support members. The upper support members are configured to engage with a user's upper body and support a user's body weight. The one or more uprights are positioned laterally from the upper support members such that the user may perform a variety of movements of their lower body without contacting the one or more uprights.
ROLLABLE DEVICE WITH FEATURES AIDING SOFT TISSUE RELEASE AND MUSCLE LOOSENING
A rollable apparatus includes a housing being annular in shape, a heating element mounted about the exterior of the housing, a vibration-inducing motor mounted in the interior of the housing and attached thereto, and a set of batteries mounted in the interior of the housing. The set of batteries is provided for powering the heating element to control the temperature of the housing and for powering the vibration motor to induce oscillatory motion in the housing. The apparatus also includes a set of user controls mounted so as to be accessible at the exterior of the housing, a front cover removably mounted so as to form a portion of the exterior of the housing at one end thereof, and a skin of pliable cushioning material covering the housing.
Pelvic floor pain relief device and method of use
A pelvic floor pain relief device for use by humans. The device is spherical, and comprised of three layers. The core of the device is a compact compressible spherical core, having a compressibility rating sufficient to substantially support the weight of a human sitting thereon while allowing but minimizing the deformation of the sphere under the human load. A strengthening layer, consisting of randomly wound filament material, is wound around the exterior of the compressible spherical core to further minimize the deformation of the sphere in use. Finally, an exterior protective layer retains the filament of the strengthening layer in relation to the sphere and provides a cleanable surface. The method of use of the device is also disclosed.
SPINAL ORTHOPEDIC EXERCISE EQUIPMENT
Proposed is spinal orthopedic exercise equipment which can obtain an improved exercise effect related to spinal orthopedics with a simple structure. The spinal orthopedic exercise equipment supporting a user's back and waist to apply pressure thereto includes: a first body having a plurality of first protrusions protruding therefrom, a second body coupled to the first body and having a plurality of second protrusions protruding therefrom, a flexible connector located between the first body and the second body to be bendably coupled thereto, and a removable rolling bar coupled to a bottom surface of the first body or the second body having no protrusion and supporting the first body or the second body, the removable rolling bar causing the first body or the second body to perform a seesaw movement relative to a support point thereof.
TRAINING DEVICE
A training device in the form of a bar has a length that corresponds to at least the length of the spinal column and the head of the user when the user lies down on the training device lengthwise with his/her back, wherein the user's spinal column and head come to lie on the bar. The bar is a composite bar that has a core composed of a hard material and a mantle composed of a soft material.
