WEATHER REMINDER APPARATUS
A weather reminding apparatus is provided, including: an application program, a main body, a communication module, a processing module, and a display module. The application program is installed on a mobile communication device, the main body is mounted on an umbrella grip, the communication module, processing module, and display module are disposed at the main body. The mobile communication device receives weather forecast data for one to several hours from a cloud server for the area where the mobile communication device is located, and the application generates a weather reminder command based on the weather forecast data. The communication module can wirelessly connect the mobile communication device and receive the weather reminder command. The processing module controls the display module to display a weather reminder signal in response to the weather reminder command.

WALKING CANE
An adjustable walking cane includes an inner tube slidably received within an outer tube. The inner tube defines a plurality of apertures therethrough. A translating rod assembly having a central fixed rod and a concentrically mounted translating member is also included. An actuating assembly including a button proximate the top end of the outer tube is coupled to a first end of the translating member. A pin assembly is located at the bottom end of the outer tube and has a pin reciprocally translatable between an extended position, where the pin engages a selected aperture of the plurality of apertures defined within the inner tube, and a retracted position where the pin disengages from the outer tube. Application of a force upon the button causes the pin to move from the extended position to the retracted position such that the inner tube slides within the outer tube.

Illuminated walking assistance apparatus
An illuminated walking assistance apparatus is disclosed. In at least one embodiment, the apparatus provides an elongated staff having a ground-engaging tip portion at a first end and a handle at an opposing second end. The staff provides a light pipe positioned proximal the tip portion and having a light-emitting member disposed therein to selectively illuminate the ground proximal the tip portion. The staff further provides a red nightlight which is always on so as to facilitate locating the apparatus in a dark environment.
TWO-IN-ONE WALKING SUPPORT AND METHODS OF USE
Two-in-one walking supports and methods of using the walking support. The walking supports include first and second shaft portions and a handle assembly that has first and second handles. A latching mechanism is incorporated into the first and second handles and is configured to releasably couple the first and second handles to form the handle assembly and a single walking support configuration with the first and second shaft potions abutting one another and being configured to decouple the first and second handles and separate the first and second shaft portions to form a two-piece walking support configuration.
