An umbrella having a pet waste bag dispenser is provided. The umbrella includes a canopy mounted to a post, a handle at a lower end of the post. The handle has a first end attached to the post and a second end having a cap member which is a removably attachable on an open bottom of the second end. The handle further defines a cavity therein and an opening formed on a side of the handle. The plurality of bags are in a rolled-up configuration and positionable within the cavity. Each bag of the bag module is accessible through the opening when the bag module is positioned within the cavity.

A fitness pole system having first and second fitness poles, where each of the poles includes an elongated shaft having a first end grip portion coupled to a first terminal end region, a second end grip portion coupled to a second terminal end region, and an intermediate grip portion coupled to an intermediate region of the shaft and disposed between the first and second end grip portions. Each of the first and second end grip portions includes a user grip portion coupled to a respective terminal end region of the shaft, and a ground contacting portion coupled to a respective terminal end face of the shaft. The ground contacting portion has a main body having a bulbous contacting portion and an attachment member extending outwardly from a bottom surface of the contacting region. The attachment member can be coupled to the respective terminal end face of the shaft.

A fitness pole system having first and second fitness poles, where each of the poles includes an elongated shaft having a first end grip portion coupled to a first terminal end region, a second end grip portion coupled to a second terminal end region, and an intermediate grip portion coupled to an intermediate region of the shaft and disposed between the first and second end grip portions. Each of the first and second end grip portions includes a user grip portion coupled to a respective terminal end region of the shaft, and a ground contacting portion coupled to a respective terminal end face of the shaft. The ground contacting portion has a main body having a bulbous contacting portion and an attachment member extending outwardly from a bottom surface of the contacting region. The attachment member can be coupled to the respective terminal end face of the shaft.

Apparatus involved with but not limited to a telescoping trekking pole with attachments for holding in place sporting gear, including a rifle. A magnet may be disposed near the upper end of the trekking pole assembly and may magnetically receive a barrel of a rifle, while a protrusion extending laterally some distance down the trekking pole assembly may receive the butt of a stock of a rifle. Telescoping lengths of a trekking pole allow a trekking pole to be adjusted in length to accommodate a user's height and/or the length of a rifle to be held by a trekking pole, and for a trekking pole to be reduced in length for portability and storage. Additional elements, such as handles and rings, may be disposed on a trekking pole to allow additional surfaces for gripping or hanging additional sporting gear, respectively.

Apparatus involved with but not limited to a telescoping trekking pole with attachments for holding in place sporting gear, including a rifle. A magnet may be disposed near the upper end of the trekking pole assembly and may magnetically receive a barrel of a rifle, while a protrusion extending laterally some distance down the trekking pole assembly may receive the butt of a stock of a rifle. Telescoping lengths of a trekking pole allow a trekking pole to be adjusted in length to accommodate a user's height and/or the length of a rifle to be held by a trekking pole, and for a trekking pole to be reduced in length for portability and storage. A standing and walking support device and system supports and aids a user as the user moves from a sitting position to a standing position. A user is able to grasp and hold a top section of the device as the user stands up. As weight of the user and/or force is placed on the top section, the device compresses under the user's weight and/or force. The device guides the user to shift their center of gravity forward. As the user stands up, the device decompresses to return to its original height. The device and system is then usable as a support as the user walks.

A standing and walking support device and system supports and aids a user as the user moves from a sitting position to a standing position. A user is able to grasp and hold a top section of the device as the user stands up. As weight of the user and/or force is placed on the top section, the device compresses under the user's weight and/or force. The device guides the user to shift their center of gravity forward. As the user stands up, the device decompresses to return to its original height. The device and system is then usable as a support as the user walks.

Two-in-one walking supports and methods of using the walking support. The walking supports include first and second shaft portions and a handle assembly that has first and second handles. A latching mechanism is incorporated into the first and second handles and is configured to releasably couple the first and second handles to form the handle assembly and a single walking support configuration with the first and second shaft portions abutting one another and being configured to decouple the first and second handles and separate the first and second shaft portions to form a two-piece walking support configuration.

Two-in-one walking supports and methods of using the walking support. The walking supports include first and second shaft portions and a handle assembly that has first and second handles. A latching mechanism is incorporated into the first and second handles and is configured to releasably couple the first and second handles to form the handle assembly and a single walking support configuration with the first and second shaft portions abutting one another and being configured to decouple the first and second handles and separate the first and second shaft portions to form a two-piece walking support configuration.
