Assisted rehabilitation system
The present invention relates to an assisted rehabilitation system comprising a device with static-bicycle movement, and devices that automatically sense and manipulate body performance parameters, allowing the rehabilitation response process of a user to be optimised. In particular, the sensing devices measure the pedalling rate, the pedalling resistance and the user's pulse rate, allowing the optimum exercising range to be configured, depending on the data acquired from the patient and on the level of effort required from him or her. The system also comprises two motors. One motor drives a flywheel that allows the user to experience a variation in the pedalling rate while using the device. A second motor provides different levels of pedalling resistance, allowing muscular strength to be developed. When starting the activity, the user enters, on a touchscreen, the preliminary parameters for the desired pedalling rate and resistance level, which are analysed by a processing unit that calculates a suitable rehabilitation plan.

A computer-implemented system includes one or more processing devices configured to receive user information associated with a user, generate a selected set of the user information, determine, based on the selected set of the user information, at least one of a first probability of surviving one or more procedures and a second probability indicating an improvement, resulting from the one or more procedures, in quality-of-life metrics for the user, generate, based on the at least one of the first probability and the second probability and on the selected set of the user information, one or more recommendations of whether the user should undergo the one or more procedures, and generate, based on the one or more recommendations, a treatment plan that includes one or more exercises directed to modifying the at least one of the first probability and the second probability.
Multifunctional swivel chair tray and using method thereof
A multifunctional swivel chair tray includes a main body. The main body is connected with a warping plate through a second rotating shaft. An ascending and descending block penetrates through the second rotating shaft. The ascending and descending block is connected with an ascending and descending driving mechanism. A first adjusting rod penetrates through one side of the main body. The first adjusting rod is connected with a multi-spring grouping adjusting mechanism. A second adjusting rod is arranged on another side of the main body. The second adjusting rod is connected with a gear adjusting mechanism. The warping plate is connected with a base plate through a third rotating shaft. A slide plate is slidably connected onto the base plate. A slide plate locking mechanism is arranged between the base plate and the slide plate.
MASSAGE CHAIR HAVING IMPROVED STRETCHING FUNCTIONALITY
Disclosed is a massage chair with improved stretching performance. The massage chair includes a seating unit (20); a backrest unit (10) with a pair of massage rollers (40) installed to left and right sides thereof; a footrest unit (30) or an ankle holder (33) provided to a front lower portion of the backrest unit (10) to hold both feet; and an upper body stretching unit (50) installed to a rear portion of the backrest unit (10) to lift a hand lever (51) by a driving force, in which when the hand lever (51) is lifted in a state in which a user holds the hand lever (51) by both hands, the whole body is stretched. The lower portion of the backrest unit (10) is optionally provided with a lumbar stretching unit (70) for stretching a waist of the user, and an air conditioner (460) for supplying air to the backrest unit (10), so that the user can get over feeling tired.
ROLLABLE USER-SUPPORT DEVICE
A rollable user-support device comprising a rigid frame with first legs and second legs, each with a rollable and swivelable wheel, a seat with a seat folding mechanism and/or a seat manipulation mechanism. The seat manipulation mechanism can be operable to move the seat, with a user seated thereon, between a lower rearward seating position and an elevated forward seating position, and the seat folding mechanism can be operable to move the seat between the elevated forward seating position and a folded position, at least one of the devices being connected to a swivel prevention mechanism associated with the first wheels. The device can constitute a bi-directional rollable user-support device operable in three modes.
SUPPORT CUSHION
A support cushion to ameliorate the incidence of pressure ulcers, the support cushion comprising: an open or closed cell support structure; at least one cavity formed within the support structure; at least one vibrational device located within at least one of the cavities and imparting vibration to the support structure; a controller controlling operation of the vibrational device to adjust one or more of intensity, duration and location of vibrations in a predetermined manner according to one of a number of selected programmes, and at least one sensor adapted to map a pressure (weight) distribution map of a user. The support cushion may be adjustable in vibration intensity, duration, and location depending on the mapped pressure distribution. The mapped pressure distribution and history of vibrational intensity, duration, and location may also be logged for diagnosis and treatment purposes.
