Assisted exoskeleton rehabilitation device
The present disclosure relates to an assisted exoskeleton rehabilitation device, comprising: a back structure comprising a back crossbeam, a back supporting panel with an adjustable length, and a shoulder pneumatic muscle element mounted on the back supporting panel; an arm structure; a shoulder joint assembly, by which the arm structure is connected to an upper end of the back structure; and a waist structure. An upper end of the back supporting panel is fixedly connected to the back crossbeam, and a lower end thereof is fixedly connected to the waist structure. The shoulder joint assembly comprises a curved shoulder joint connecting panel, a shoulder traction wheel, a shoulder traction line, a first hinge mechanism and a second hinge mechanism. One end of the shoulder joint connecting panel is connected to the upper end of the arm structure by the first hinge mechanism to form a bend-stretch revolute pair of the shoulder joint, and the other end of the shoulder joint connecting panel is connected to the back crossbeam by the second hinge mechanism to form an abduction-adduction revolute pair and a medial rotation-lateral rotation revolute pair of the shoulder joint assembly, and the shoulder traction wheel is fixed to the upper end of the arm structure. The shoulder traction line is connected at one end to the shoulder traction wheel, and connected to the shoulder pneumatic muscle element at the other end.
GRIP THERAPY DEVICES AND REHABILITATION SYSTEMS
Hand grip therapy devices and systems for rehabilitation system for increasing the functionality and/or strength in a hand compromised by disease, injury, and the like. In one embodiment the hand grip therapy device includes a dodecahedron portion which is gripped by a hand having less functionality and a prism or paddle portion which is gripped by a hand having greater functionality, the device then being manipulated in a therapeutic manner using both hands.
MIRROR TREATMENT DEVICE AND MIRROR TREATMENT SYSTEM
A mirror therapy device includes a first positioning assembly, a second positioning assembly and a transmission assembly connecting the first and second positioning assemblies. The first and second positioning assemblies are arranged in opposition to each other in such a manner that both are able to reciprocate. The first positioning assembly is configured for positioning of a healthy limb of a patient, and the second positioning assembly is configured for positioning of an affected limb of the patient. The transmission assembly is configured for power transmission between the first and second positioning assemblies so that the second positioning assembly moves in synchronization with the first positioning assembly under the action of the transmission assembly. A mirror therapy system includes the mirror therapy device and a display device. The mirror therapy system enables the healthy limb to drive movement of the affected limb to allow the affected limb to repeat the same movements as the healthy limb, thus establishing neural connections for synchronous vision, motor perception and proprioception of the patient's healthy and affected sides and better stimulating nerve recovery of the patient.
Rehabilitation Apparatus for Deep Myofascial Release and Stretching
A rehabilitation apparatus for deep myofascial release and stretching includes an elevated frame, at least one support arm, a height adjustable mechanism, at least one pressure releasing attachment, a first handle, and a second handle. The pressure releasing attachment is rotatably attached to the support arm. The support arm is operatively coupled to the elevated frame, wherein the support arm enables the pressure releasing attachment to rotate above the ground surface. The height adjustable mechanism is operatively coupled to the elevated frame, wherein the height adjustable mechanism changes the operational height of the pressure releasing attachment. The first handle and the second handle are oppositely positioned of each other about the pressure releasing attachment as the first handle is mounted to the elevated frame, and the second handle is mounted to the elevated frame.
MEDICAL DEVICE AND METHOD FOR ASSESSING AND REHABILITATING A JOINT
A medical device for assessing and/or rehabilitating a human joint of an extremity includes a joint brace comprising a first support for coupling to an upper part of the extremity, a second support for coupling to a lower part of the extremity, and a rotatable joint connecting the first and second supports, and a mechanical device coupled to the first and second supports, the mechanical device configured for moving one or more of the first and second supports so as to rotate about the joint. In another alternative the medical device can include sensors located for making angle measurements between the first and second supports and for recording movement data and a computing device for receiving and storing the angle measurements and the movement data and for transmitting said data via a radio transmitter.
STRETCHING DEVICE AND METHODS
This disclosure provides devices and methods for stretching that include an anchor configured to attached to a force providing element; a support, the anchor operably attached to the support; a plurality of finger traps operably attached to the support; and a wrist cuff operably attached to the support.
TRAINING AND REHABILITATION DEVICE
A device for training and rehabilitation of a limb is provided. The device provides a board with a plurality of movement tracks to allow for controlled movement of the limb in various directions. Blockers and other controlling structures may be arranged on the device to limit range of motion of the movement of the limb.
Chair-type massager
An armrest portion of a chair-type massager includes a side wall disposed generally upright at either of the left and right sides of a seat portion. An air bag configured to press the thighs of a treated person is provided on a seat side face which is the side face of the armrest portion facing the seat portion along the left-right axis. The seat side face includes a side face of the side wall facing the seat portion and an installation face. The installation face, at least when the air bag is inflated, inclines the further to the seat portion side along the left-right axis the higher up. At least part of the air bag is provided on the installation face.
MOTORISED WALKER AND ASSOCIATED CONTROL METHOD
The invention relates to a motorized walker (1) comprising a frame (10) having a front portion (10a) and a rear portion (10b), a pair of wheels (11), with one wheel arranged to support the front portion of the frame, one of the wheels being coupled to a traveling motor (20), said motorized walker (1) being characterized in that: the frame (10) is equipped with two verticalization ramps (100) having a longitudinal axis forming an angle with an axis perpendicular to the ground, between 20° and 40°, each being associated with an electronic handle (200) movable in translation, it comprises at least one verticalization motor (30) arranged to allow movement of the electronic handles (200), and at least one of the electronic handles (200) comprises one or more sensors coupled to a control module (40) configured to control the verticalization motor (30) and the traveling motor (20).
