A scalp stimulation assembly includes a panel that can be rubbed along a user's scalp when the user is bathing. A plurality of light emitters is each of the light emitters is coupled to the panel to emit light onto the user's scalp when the panel is rubbed along the user's scalp. Each of the light emitters has an operational frequency in the ultraviolet spectrum to stimulate hair growth on the user's scalp when the panel is rubbed along the user's scalp. A plurality of domes is each of the domes is coupled to the panel to frictionally engage the user's scalp when the panel is rubbed along the user's scalp for stimulating hair growth. A vibration unit is integrated into the panel to physically stimulate the user's scalp when the panel is rubbed along the user's scalp.

Motion assisting apparatus

A motion assisting apparatus includes a multijoint structure having links in series rotatably connected in a relative manner, the links being integrally deformed in a bendable manner, a linear member inserted through each of the links, wherein one end is fixed to the link in front and another end is elongated via the link in rear, a sliding/holding part which fixes an elongated portion of the linear member, and slidably guides the rear link in a connecting direction between each of the links, a drive unit which drives the rear link to slide toward the sliding/holding part and causes the multijoint structure, through which the linear member has been inserted, to engage in an extending or flexing motion, and a control unit which drive-controls the drive unit so that a sliding direction, a sliding speed and a sliding position of the rear link will become an intended state.

Actuator devices for human exoskeleton joints
11673253 · 2023-06-13 · ·

An exoskeleton includes a first support, a second support, and a joint connecting the first and second supports. An actuator causes relative rotation between the first and second supports at the joint. The actuator includes a motor, a ball screw, a ball nut, and a yoke. The motor causes translation of the yoke via the ball screw and the ball nut. In some embodiments, the actuator further includes a roller and a joint cam having a track. Translation of the yoke causes movement of the roller within the track, and movement of the roller within the track causes rotation of the joint cam. In other embodiments, the actuator further includes a linkage and a joint crank. Translation of the yoke causes movement of the linkage, and movement of the linkage causes rotation of the joint crank. Rotation of the joint cam or the joint crank causes relative rotation between the first and second supports.

REHABILITATION TRAINING APPARATUS

Disclosed is a rehabilitation training apparatus including a pair of first tracks that are arranged in parallel at an interval, a second track that is perpendicular to the pair of first tracks and is movably connected to the pair of first tracks, a hand holder that is movably provided in the second track and on which a hand of the user is held, a holder driving unit that reciprocally moves the hand holder along the second track, and a track driving unit that reciprocally moves the second track along the pair of first tracks.

TRAINING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CORRECTING FORCE

Provided is a training device that suppresses unintended operation of an operation rod when executing an operation mode in which the operation of the operation rod is controlled based on a force applied to the operation rod. The training device includes the operation rod, a motor, a force detection unit, a rotation information output sensor, a first command calculation unit, and a force correction unit. The operation rod moves a limb. The motor operates the operation rod in a direction of degree of freedom. The force detection unit detects a force component and outputs a force component signal. The rotation information output sensor detects an operation position of the operation rod in a corresponding direction of degree of freedom. The force correction unit calculates a corrected force component value based on the operation positions of the operation rod and the force component signal. The first command calculation unit calculates a first motor control command based on the corrected force component value.
