MASSAGE MECHANISM AND MASSAGE CONTROL DEVICE THEREOF, MASSAGE MACHINE AND WORKING METHOD OF MASSAGE MECHANISM
massage mechanism and a massage control device thereof, a massage machine and a working method of the massage mechanism are disclosed. The massage mechanism includes a transmission part that is rotatably connected to a first transmission arm, a second transmission arm connected to the first transmission arm, and a swing rod connected to the second transmission arm. Each of two ends of the swing rod is provided with a massage wheel. A swing mechanism is mounted on the second transmission arm, is in contact with the swing rod and is configured to drive the swing rod to swing. The swing rod is driven to swing back and forth through the swing mechanism; the massage wheels on the swing rod massage the person being treated in a “knocking” manner; and the speed of the speed reducer and the swing amplitude of the swing rod are adjustable.
ASSISTED WALKING DEVICE
A stable walking apparatus can be used to allow the elderly, disabled, injured, or infirmed to move for day-to-day activities and exercise. The apparatus supports the individual at an upper body portion, such as under the arms of the user. This allows use of the arms and legs of the individual, such as better balance and move with the device, while also controlling aspects of the device. The support is height adjustable, and also includes a braking system to both slow down and stop the user-apparatus. The braking system can be used with limited extremity functionality for greater use of the apparatus by a wide range of individuals. Swiveling wheels provide for additional functionality to use the device for more purposes and in increased locations.
SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USE INCLUDING PATTERNED BALLS FOR TRAINING
A system of patterned balls configured for use in therapies, the system including a computing device configured to receive a user input associated with a first user condition, correlate the first user condition to a first pattern, select a first ball that includes the first pattern correlated to the first user condition, and present the first ball to the user. A first ball, including a first pattern comprising the first color and the second color disposed on the first ball, a first axis of rotation, a second ball, including a second pattern comprising the third color and the fourth color disposed on the second ball, a second axis of rotation, a suspension assembly configured to suspend the first ball and the second ball in orientations, and a rotation apparatus configured to rotate at least the first and second ball. A method for therapies is also disclosed.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ENHANCING OR REHABILITATING THE COGNITIVE SKILLS OF A SUBJECT
A system for enhancing or rehabilitating cognitive skills of a subject includes a wearable optical instrument provided with at least one prismatic lens that diverts a beam of light rays coming from a visual target stimulus to induce a vision perturbation thereof by the subject, and at least one housing seat that rotatably supports the at least one prismatic lens.
HIP CPM MACHINE
A method and device or machine for safely providing or performing the motion of circumduction as well as linear hip flexion/extension to a patient in need is provided. The device or machine (used interchangeable herein) is preferably a continuous passive movement device. The device gives full support to the operative leg and controls the true amount of hip external/internal rotation by keeping the hip in a neutral position, relative to rotation. In operation, the patient is typically in a side-lying position with the operative leg on top. In this position, the motion of circumduction as well as linear hip flexion/extension can then be performed on the patients safely and effectively. Other positions of the patient can be used and will usually be patient specific.
Legged mobility exoskeleton device with enhanced actuator mechanism employing magnetic coupling
A joint actuator assembly includes a motor, a rotating driving member driven by the motor for driving a driven component, and a transmission assembly located between the motor and the rotating driving member that provides speed reduction from the motor to the rotating driving member. The rotating driving member comprises a magnetic coupling including a plurality of magnetic elements that are configured to magnetically couple with an opposing magnetic coupling of the driven component. The actuator and driven component may be combined into a mobility device including a magnetic coupling system having a first magnetic coupling on the actuator that magnetically couples to a second magnetic coupling on the driven component. The magnetic coupling system includes plurality of magnetic elements located as part of one or both of the first and second magnetic couplings. The first and second couplings have opposing mating surfaces that join together in a coupled position.
MICRO-OUTER STABILIZER CONFIGURATION FOR DERMA ROLLER APPARATUS
A derma roller apparatus has a handle, a first outer stabilizer, a second outer stabilizer, and a head connected to the handle via the first outer stabilizer and the second outer stabilizer. The head has an axial member positioned transverse to the handle. Furthermore, the head has a geometrically-shaped member positioned around the axial member in between the first outer stabilizer and the second outer stabilizer. The geometrically-shaped member has a diameter that progressively diminishes from a first end of the geometrically-shaped member to a second end of the geometrically-shaped member. Moreover, the first end of the geometrically-shaped member is proximal to the first outer stabilizer. The second end of the geometrically-shaped member is proximal to the second outer stabilizer. Finally, the derma roller apparatus has a plurality of needles situated around the geometrically-shaped member.
Sacroiliac joint exercise assistance device in lateral decubitus position
An exercise assist device transitively moves a sacroiliac joint in a lateral decubitus position. The following description is provided in the context of a left lateral decubitus position. The upper right leg is placed on a stand in the lateral decubitus position, and the upper right leg is then extended transitively backward with a sacral area supported by a sacrum support pad. Since a posterior side of a lower left sacroiliac joint is slightly opened, a sacrum slides backward via a right hip joint. This improves mobility of the lower left sacroiliac joint.
Wearable apparatus for assisting muscular strength
A wearable apparatus for assisting muscular strength includes a base secured to a torso, a first rotary link coupled at a first end to the base to be rotatable about a first rotating axis and extending at a second end to a first side of the wearer to be moved forwards or backwards, a first extension link extending at a first end to the first side of the wearer and located at a second end on a wearer's flank, a first connecting part coupled at a first end to the second end of the first rotary link to be rotatable about a second rotating axis, and coupled at a second end to the first end of the first extension link to be rotatable about a third rotating axis, and a first upper-arm fixing part rotatably coupled at a first end to the second end of the first extension link.
Cane Tip Attachment for a Safety Cane
A cane tip has a first roller and second roller, each roller having a semispherical exterior surface with a peripheral edge surface having a circular configuration. The peripheral edge surfaces are designed to engage with and roll over a support surface when the cane tip is being moved forwardly and rearwardly to reduce impact forces from being transmitted up the cane to the user's hand and arm. The spherical exterior surfaces are designed to engage with and roll over the support surface when the cane tip is moved from side to side while reducing impact forces from traveling up the cane to the hand and arm of a user of the cane tip.
