Embodiments include a handle; and a cleaning bulb coupled to the handle, the cleaning bulb having a shape including a plurality of ridges and grooves extending longitudinally along a length of the cleaning bulb, the cleaning bulb formed from a ridged material and adapted to be used to wipe the walls of a vagina upon insertion thereof.
