Active movement training devices, methods, and systems
A rehabilitation machine can have a chassis with actuators positioned behind a patient area. The actuators can have supports projecting toward the patient area and can have respective adapters shaped to engage the legs of a patient at the thigh, the calf, and the foot while the patient is in a standing or walking posture. The actuators can also have motors, transition elements, and linkages connected to apply moments through the adapters to achieve, for each leg, hip adduction/abduction, hip flexion/extension, knee flexion/extension, and foot plantar flexion/dorsiflexion according to signals from a controller. The actuators can be confined to a space, largely behind the patient, such that free arm swing is permitted when the patient is attached.
Anti-accommodation paresis apparatus
My invention is an apparatus to cause the computer monitor or screen to slowly and automatically move either laterally toward and away from the user or upward and downward in relation to the user, so as to reduce eye strain.
Massage machine
The massage machine includes a chair main body that includes: a seat part on which a person to be treated is seated, a backrest part, which is provided at a back part of the seat part, and on which the person to be treated leans, and a footrest which is provided at a front part of the seat part and supports leg parts of the person to be treated; guide rails and which are provided at the chair main body; and a first massage part and a second massage part which are configured to respectively move in the height direction along the guide rails. The first massage part moves at least from a position corresponding to the backrest part to a position corresponding to the seat part, and the second massage part moves at least from a position corresponding to the footrest to the position corresponding to the seat part.
Methods and Systems for Wireless Communication with a Subcutaneous Medical Device
An exemplary subcutaneous medical device implanted within a patient uses a coil-less magnetic field sensor included within the subcutaneous medical device to detect a toggling sequence between a presence and an absence of an externally-generated static magnetic field. The toggling sequence is representative of a digital data stream according to a digital wireless communication protocol. The subcutaneous medical device identifies, based on the detected toggling sequence and in accordance with the digital wireless communication protocol, a multi-bit command encoded within the digital data stream represented by the toggling sequence. The subcutaneous medical device further performs, in response to the identifying of the multi-bit command, an action associated with the multi-bit command. Corresponding methods and a corresponding external controller are also disclosed.
Upper limb training apparatus
An upper limb training apparatus includes a training apparatus main body that includes a base frame, and an operation rod to be operated by a trainee by hand. A chair is positioned in a right or in a left arm training position relative to the training apparatus main body. A monitor stand extends upward from the base frame. A monitor arm is provided in the monitor stand, and supports the monitor such that the position of the monitor can be adjusted in both right and left directions.
UPPER LIMB REHABILITATION DEVICE
An upper limb rehabilitation device includes a support mechanism, a flexion and extension rehabilitation mechanism, and a twist rehabilitation mechanism. The flexion and extension rehabilitation mechanism includes a sliding seat unit mounted on and movable forwardly and rearwardly relative to the support mechanism, and an arm rest seat mounted on the sliding seat unit for an arm of an upper limb of a patient to rest thereon. The arm rest seat is configured to be actuated by a flexion and extension movement of the arm of the upper limb of the patient to drive forward and rearward movement of the sliding seat unit relative to the support mechanism. The twist rehabilitation mechanism includes a handgrip unit mounted on the sliding seat unit and rotatable leftward and rightward relative to the same for a hand of the upper limb of the patient to grip.
Apparatus for dry hydro-therapy body massage in a reclined position
An apparatus for dry hydro-therapy body massage of a user in a reclined position, including a housing structure having a user support surface for supporting the user in a seated position, the user support surface including a seat back portion, a seat portion with a semi-cylindrical main seat section and a leg seat section, wherein the seat back portion and the leg seat section are in relative angular relation to each other and the main seat section is disposed therebetween, and a fluid spray assembly interiorly within the housing structure for directing a fluid stream at the user support surface for imparting a massaging effect through the support surface to the upper body portion and lower body portion of the user.
MASSAGE CORE MECHANISMS AND MASSAGE APPARATUS
A massage core mechanism having a housing, a drive device, and a massage assembly that includes two massage arms. A massage head assembly is detachably connected to and positioned between front ends of the two massage arms. The two massage arms perform reciprocating motion when rear ends of the two massage arms are driven by the drive device. The massage head assembly has a connecting rod and at least one massage member connected thereto; the front ends of the two massage arms have connection slots respectively into which the connecting rod is embedded and fixed. A massage apparatus having the above massage core mechanism is also provided. The massage head assembly can be easily replaced and repaired.
RAIL-TYPE MASSAGE MECHANISM, MASSAGE CUSHION AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
A rail-type massage mechanism includes a massage machine core, sliding rails, conductive component, and motor control module arranged outside the massage machine core. The conductive component includes a conductive member and a conductive elastic sheet. The conductive elastic sheet is arranged between two first guide strips of the massage machine core. The conductive member is arranged inside the first guide groove of the sliding rail, the motor control module is electrically connected to the motor inside the massage machine core through the conductive member and the conductive elastic sheet to supply power to the motor. The gears for mechanical transmission and the conductive member for electrical connection are arranged on the same sliding rail.
