The present invention relates to polymeric composites comprising inorganic fillers and organic, or organometallic, polymers. The filler compositions are used in the preparation of inorganic-organic polymeric composites, and, in particular, light curable composites. The composite fillers are used in dental applications, such as tooth restorations, for example, cavity fillings, adhesive compositions, veneers, crowns, bridges and teeth replacements. The inventive composition is a composite filler comprising porous inorganic particles having a diameter of 2-25 microns and a polymer occupying the pores of the porous inorganic particles, wherein the composite filler has a diameter of 2-25 microns.

One-part dental adhesive

The present invention provides a one-part dental adhesive that exhibits excellent adhesive properties to both enamel and dentin and that has high storage stability and ambient-light stability. The present invention is a one-part dental adhesive including 1 to 30 weight % of a phosphoric acid group-containing monofunctional (meth)acrylate compound (a), 10 to 50 weight % of a water-soluble polymerizable monomer (b), 5 to 50 weight % of a hydrophobic crosslinkable (meth)acrylate compound (c), water (d), and a polymerization initiator (e). The water-soluble polymerizable monomer (b) includes a combination of a monofunctional (meth)acrylamide compound (b-1) having a particular structure and a water-soluble crosslinkable (meth)acrylic monomer (b-2). The weight ratio between the monofunctional (meth)acrylamide compound (b-1) and the water-soluble crosslinkable (meth)acrylic monomer (b-2) is 10:1 to 1:5.

The tooth surface treatment agent includes: a liquid with a pH of 1.0 to 3.0 containing an organic acid; and hydroxyapatite particles with a particle diameter of 200 nm or less. The tooth surface treatment kit includes: a first treatment agent that is a liquid having a pH of 1.0 to 3.0 and containing an organic acid, which is accommodated in a first container; and a second treatment agent including hydroxyapatite particles having a particle diameter of 200 nm or less, which is accommodated in a second container different from the first container. The tooth treatment agent is prepared by mixing the first and second treatment agents, and is applied to the tooth surface.
