The present disclosure concerns a cosmetic product for modifying the natural color of keratinous fibers, in particular human hair. The cosmetic product includes at least one packaging (VP) and a cosmetic composition (KM) contained in this packaging (VP). The packaging is made of a multi-layer film (F) including at least two polymer layers (P1) and (P2) and at least one barrier layer (BS). The cosmetic composition includes at least one oxidizing agent, at least one C.sub.8-C.sub.30 alcohol, at least one specific anionic surfactant, at least one non-ionic surfactant and at least one acrylic-based thickening agent. The use of the packaging (VP) in combination with the cosmetic composition (KM) does surprisingly not lead to an inflation of the packaging or an excessive water loss of the agent (KM) during storage.

The compositions may also be formulated to form high oil load emulsions that exhibit both a quick-break effect, as well as physical stability at different temperature levels. Methods of manufacturing and using such compositions are also disclosed.

A process and a kit-of-parts for dyeing keratinous material such as human hair are provided. An exemplary process includes applying an agent (a) to the keratinous material. The agent (a) includes (a1) at least one organic silicon compound. The method further includes applying an agent (b) to the keratinous material. The agent (b) includes (b1) at least one coloring compound comprising at least one effect pigment comprising a substrate platelet and a coating. The coating includes at least one layer wet-chemically prepared using a metal alkoxide and an organosilicon compound having a basic group. The agent (b) further includes (b2) at least one film-forming polymer.

The cosmetic product can provide prolonged dispersion of the dispersed oil phases.

The process further includes applying a second composition (B) on the keratinous material. The second composition (B) includes (B1) at least one alkalizing agent.
