Hands-Free Umbrella Holder
An umbrella holder apparatus has a first body panel having a vertically oriented mounting tube attached centrally for an umbrella handle, a second body panel hinged by a lateral edge to the first body panel, a third body panel hinged to the first body panel, a first waist strap attached at a first end to the second body panel and at a second end to a first portion of a snap-in buckle, and a second waist strap attached at a first end to the third body panel and at a second end to a second portion of the snap-in buckle. The holder is characterized in that a user is enabled to wear the umbrella holder apparatus around the user's torso, fastening the snap-in buckle on the waist straps, to place an umbrella by a handle in the mounting tube, protecting the user from precipitation while leaving the hands free.

A beverage dispensing headwear having an umbrella affixed thereto. A pair of container holders is affixed on opposing sides of a helmet. A three-way valve is fastened to the helmet, wherein a first and second intake tube are fluidly connected to the three-way valve on a proximal end and are configured to be inserted into a container held within one of the container holders on a distal end. An output tube is also fluidly connected to the three-way valve on a proximal end of the output tube. The output tube extends below the rim of the helmet at a distal end, wherein the distal end of the output tube is configured to be sucked on by a user. Additionally, an umbrella is affixed to the helmet.

The present disclosure provides generally for an adjustable venue seating apparatus that may provide covering from ambient conditions. According to the present disclosure, an adjustable venue seating apparatus may allow a user to have flexibility for protection in a range of ambient conditions without having to change the type of covering device. In some aspects, an adjustable venue seating apparatus may be integrated temporarily or permanently into venue seating, such as a sports stadium or concert amphitheatre. In some embodiments, adjustable venue seating may need to be customized to the specifications of a venue, allowing for the enjoyment and safety of a user of the adjustable venue seating apparatus and surrounding attendees who may or may not have the adjustable venue seating apparatus on their seat.
