SINGLE-SERVE ORAL RINSE SYSTEMS
A single-dose package that provides an appropriate amount of flavoring and an orally active germicide such as household bleach or sodium hypochlorite useful for a single batch of water-flosser rinse. The mixture eliminates the taste that occurs. It uses a mixture of an orally active germicide mixed with a flavoring such as mint, peppermint, wintergreen, anise, clove, eucalyptus, lemon, lime, honey, honey lemon, red fruit, grapefruit, orange, grape, cherry, cherry cola, berry, or cinnamon. Some mixtures include fluoride. Single-serve packaging helps water-flosser users receive appropriate amounts of bleach. The mixture can contain other excipients, solid or liquid carriers, and can come in powder, granule, gel, liquid, or tablet form. Other useful orally active germicides include glutaraldehyde, chlorhexidine, diamines, alexidine, phenols, formaldehyde, glutaraldehyde, acridines, silver compounds, halogens, silver ions, hexachlorophene, benzalkonium chloride, and their mixtures.
Eyelash extension aftercare system and methods
A convenient after care cleanser and application method for eyelash extensions allows for easy application, extension of the longevity of the lashes, elimination of protein build-up that eventually accumulates on the lashes, and other benefits.

Composition and kits for inhibition of pathogenic microbial infection and methods of using the same
Antimicrobial polymer coating formulations are prepared that protect biological surfaces by treating, reducing, ameliorating, preventing or inhibiting pathogenic microorganism ingress to a human or animal host, reducing the potential for infection, particularly by necrotizing fasciitis originating microorganisms, through use of a polymer coating barrier containing antimicrobial agents that facilitates sustained release of biocidal agents active against such opportunistic microorganisms. Such formulations are effective for inhibiting microbial ingress pertaining to soft tissue and skin tears, abrasions, punctures and surgical wounds, and can be used as in water environments and as a skin protectant sunscreen and insect repellent.

Methods of treating CYP2D6 alternative metabolizers
The invention provides various methods comprising the administration of a CYP2D6 bioactive drug covalently bound to a water-soluble oligomer. Metabolism of CYP2D6 bioactive drug conjugates is diverted from CYP2D6 to alternative pathways, and the conjugates may therefore be utilized to alleviate the problems associated with interpopulation variation resulting from the genetic polymorphism in the CYP2D6 gene.
