Cosmetic or dermatological composition comprising a merocyanine and an oily phase comprising at least one alkyl or alkylene carbonate
A cosmetic or dermatological composition comprising: a) at least one merocyanine of formula (1) or (2) ##STR00001## b) at least one oily phase comprising at least one alkyl or alkylene carbonate is provided. Also provided is a non-therapeutic cosmetic process for caring for and/or making up a keratin material, comprising applying to the surface of the keratin material, of at least one of the above compositions. Also provided is a non-therapeutic cosmetic process for limiting the darkening of the skin and/or improving the colour and/or uniformity of the complexion, comprising applying to the surface of the keratin material, of at least one of the above compositions. In addition, provided is a non-therapeutic cosmetic process for preventing and/or treating the signs of ageing of a keratin material, comprising applying to the surface of the keratin material, of at least one of the above compositions.
METHOD OF IMPROVING FOAMABILITY AND FOAM QUALITY OF CLEANING AGENT COMPOSITION, AND METHOD OF CLEANING SKIN OR HAIR
The present invention provides a method of improving foamability and foam quality of a cleaning agent composition, including blending monocyclohexyl glyceryl ether, an anionic surfactant, and water. The present invention also provides a method of cleaning skin or hair, including: dispensing a cleaning liquid, which contains monocyclohexyl glyceryl ether, an anionic surfactant, and water, from a foam dispensing container to obtain a foamed cleaning liquid; and applying the foamed cleaning liquid to skin or hair.
Liquid hand soaps and body washes
The disclosure provides a liquid hand soap or body wash, comprising (i) a surfactant system comprising C.sub.8-18 alkyl-ether sulfate, cocamidopropyl betaine (CAPB), and N-(2 hydroxyethyl) fatty acid amide; (ii) a polyethylene oxide-polypropylene oxide block copolymer; and (iii) one or more polyalkoxylated mono- or di-fatty acid esters or amides, the composition allowing reduced surfactant levels, while still having good rheological properties.

PREPARATION METHOD, PRODUCT AND APPLICATION OF NON-FREE RADICAL PHOTO-CROSSLINKED HYDROGEL MATERIAL
A method for preparing non-free radical photo-crosslinked hydrogels includes: dissolving component A that is a polymer derivative modified with o-nitrobenzyl phototrigger in a biocompatible medium to obtain solution A; dissolving component B that is a polymer derivative containing hydrazide, hydroxylamine or primary amine in a biocompatible medium to obtain solution B; mixing solution A and solution B to obtain a precursor solution of hydrogel; under light irradiation, crosslinking aldehyde generated from the o-nitrobenzyl with the hydrazine, hydroxylamine or primary amine to obtain a hydrogel by forming hydrazone, oxime or schiff base, respectively. A kit for preparation and application of the hydrogel in tissue repair, beauty therapy, and cells, proteins or drugs carriers is also described. The method or kit can achieve in situ photo-gelling on tissue surface or in situ forming thin gel on wounds in clinical treatment of wounds.
OXIDIZING COMPOSITION COMPRISING AN OXYALKYLENATED FATTY ALCOHOL AND AN OXYALYKLENATED FATTY AMIDE
The subject of the invention is a composition for treating keratin fibers, comprising one or more oxyalkylenated fatty amide(s) of formula (I), one or more oxyalkylenated fatty alcohol(s), and one or more chemical oxidizing agent(s); it being understood that the oxyethylenated fatty alcohol(s)/oxyethylenated fatty amide(s) of formula (I) weight ratio is less than or equal to 1 and that the pH of the composition is less than or equal to 5.
HAIR CARE COMPOSITION CONTAINING POLYMERIC COLORANT
This invention relates to a hair care composition that contains at least one hair care ingredient and at least one polymeric colorant. The invention also relates to a method for coloring human head or facial hair comprising the following steps: (a) providing a hair care composition that contains at least one poly(alkyleneoxy) substituted chromophore colorant; (b) applying the hair care composition to hair; and (c) allowing the hair care composition to contact the hair for a period of time.
Hair-dyeing composition for minimizing ammonium hydroxide content and odor and method of producing the same
A hair-dyeing composition with an effect of minimizing hair damage and scalp irritation caused by ammonia prescription and ammonia odor, which is capable of decreasing ammonia odor peculiar to a hair-dyeing composition and also of supplementing the hair with amino acids similar to hair proteins to decrease hair damage, especially hair roughness and hair shortening, for healthy dyeing and a method of producing the same.
