COATED POWDERS HAVING HIGH PHOTOSTABILITY
A coated powder comprises (a) particles, and (b) a coating on the surface of the particles including (1) silica moieties, (2) organo oxysilane moieties selected from the group consisting of mono-organo oxysilane moieties, bi-organo oxysilane moieties and tri-organo oxysilane moieties, and (3) poly(dialkyl)siloxane moieties. The amount by weight in SiO.sub.2 equivalents of the organo oxysilane moieties and the silica moieties is at least 0.0625% of the total coated powder weight per m.sup.2/g of the specific surface area of the particle to be coated.
Oily makeup cosmetic
The present invention is intended to provide an oily makeup cosmetic that is colorless in appearance but develops a color on application onto body surface, such as skin and lips. The present invention provides a colorless oily makeup cosmetic comprising (a) one or two dyes selected from Red No. 218 and Red No. 223, and (b) an oil agent, and a mixture of the component (a) and the component (b) at a mass ratio (a):(b) of 0.1:100 has a difference of 0.2 or less between the maximum absorbance and the minimum absorbance in a wavelength region of 500 to 600 nm. The oily makeup cosmetic may develop a color due to the component (a) on application onto body surface, such as skin and lips.
METHOD FOR DYEING KERATIN MATERIAL, COMPRISING THE USE OF AN ORGANOSILICON COMPOUND, TWO DYEING COMPOUNDS AND A POST-TREATMENT AGENT
The subject of the present disclosure is a method for dyeing keratinous material, in particular human hair. The method includes applying an agent (a) to the keratinous material. The agent (a) includes one or more organic silicon compound selected from the group of silanes having one, two or three silicon atoms, (a2) a first colorant compound including one or more lenticular substrate platelet-based pigment, and (a3) a second coloring compound. The method further includes applying an agent (b) to the keratinous material. The agent (b) includes at least one sealing reagent. Also disclosed are multi-component packaging unit (kit-of-parts) for dyeing keratinous material.
AQUEOUS DISPERSION OF ACRYLATE-SILOXANE COPOLYMER PARTICLES
The present invention is a composition comprising an aqueous dispersion of copolymer particles comprising structural units of a) an acrylate monomer; b) an acid monomer; and c) a siloxane-acrylate monomer of formula I:

SKIN CLEANSING FORMULATION
A skin cleansing formulation is provided, comprising: a dermatologically acceptable vehicle; a dermatologically acceptable oil; and a deposition aid polymer, wherein the deposition aid polymer is a cationic dextran polymer, comprising a dextran polymer functionalized with quaternary ammonium groups; wherein the deposition aid polymer enhances the deposition of the dermatologically acceptable oil from the skin cleansing formulation onto mammalian skin.

[Solution] Provided are a decorating powder composition including a glossy powder which has been surface-treated with a silane compound or a silazane compound, and a method for decorating a solid cosmetic material, the method including causing the decorating powder composition to adhere to a printing plate and then bringing the printing plate into contact with a surface of the solid cosmetic material to transfer the decorating powder composition to the surface of the solid cosmetic material and decorate the solid cosmetic material.

A process for dyeing keratinous material, in particular human hair, is disclosed. The process comprises applying to the keratinous material an agent (a) and an agent (b). The agent (a) comprises: (a1) at least one organosilicon compound; and (a2) at least one color-imparting compound comprising at least one effect pigment comprising (A) a substrate platelet comprising synthetic mica and (β) a coating comprising at least a first metal oxide (hydrate) layer. The agent (b) comprises (b1) at least one sealing reagent. A multi-component packaging unit (kit-of-parts) for dyeing keratinous material is also provided, and comprises separately packaged containers including the agents or components thereof for use in the process.
COSMETIC COMPOSITIONS CONTAINING LOW MOLECULAR WEIGHT AMORPHOUS GRADE POLYLACTIC ACID RESIN
