METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BLACK GINSENG LOW MOLECULAR COLLAGEN ESSENCE
In a method for manufacturing black ginseng low molecular collagen essence, koji mould is added to ginseng, to manufacture black ginseng. The black ginseng is mixed with oligosaccharide, to manufacture black ginseng concentrate. The black ginseng concentrate is fermented and sterilized after adding collagen to the black ginseng concentrate.
Laser assisted wound healing protocol and system
A method of treating gum disease while healing the wound in the periodontium using a soft tissue diode laser which generates a beam of light having a wavelength in the visible portion of the electromagnetic spectrum (400 nm-700 nm) at a laser power of 0.001 to 1.2 watts, used with intermittent stops to control tissue temperature and biostimulate the periodontium to regenerate and heal its wound when used with substrates, the method comprising: placing the tip of the laser inside the sulcus; penetrating the entire sulcus by moving the laser light circumferentially around the tooth vertically and horizontally throughout the sulcus with intermittent stops to control tissue temperature and placing substrates in the sulcus prior to blood clot formation; followed by RF treatment of the sulcus by placing the RF headpiece tips perpendicular to the sulcus to receive RF current which further penetrates the wound site.
MYCELIUM BIOPOLYMERS FOR HEALTH AND BEAUTY APPLICATIONS
Topical applicators containing mycological biopolymers are suitable for applying health or cosmetic products to the skin or lips of a subject. The applicators are made from biodegradable mycological biopolymers that are grown from fungi in the presence of a growth medium under a predetermined environment of relative humidity, temperature, carbon dioxide, oxygen and air flow. The topical applicators containing the mycological biopolymers may further contain beneficial agents or products that that may be transferred to the skin or lips, thereby enhancing the health or beauty of a subject.

COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING TROPOELASTIN CROSSLINKED TO HYALURONIC ACID AND THE METHODS OF USE THEREOF
Soft tissue conditions can be treated by administering a composition comprising tropoelastin including, for example, a composition comprising tropoelastin crosslinked to hyaluronic acid to increase moisture content in the soft tissue. Further, soft tissue conditions can be treated by administering a composition of tropoelastin crosslinked to hyaluronic acid in a ratio of 2:1 or greater that increase moisture content in the soft tissue relative to an otherwise identical composition where the ratio of tropoelastin crosslinked to hyaluronic acid is less than 2:1.

Topical pharmaceutical compositions for treating skin conditions
Topical pharmaceutical compositions for treating a skin condition or disorder are provided. The topical pharmaceutical compositions can be formulated as lotions containing a therapeutically effective amount of an active agent, such as tretinoin, a viscosity increasing agent, and advantageously small amounts of both a polymeric emulsifier and an oil component. The topical compositions of the present invention are tolerated exceptionally well by subjects to whom the compositions are administered.
Method for the preparation of gelatin hydrolysate having a low endotoxin content
Described is a method for the preparation of a gelatin hydrolysate having a decreased endotoxin content, comprising the steps of incubating a solution of gelatin of gelatin hydrolysate at a temperature of 70-125° C. at a pH of 3.5 or less for a time period of at least 15 minutes, and recovering the gelatin hydrolysate. Further a gelatin hydrolysate thus obtained is described.
Covalent treatment with thiols of keratin-containing materials
Disclosed are methods of preparing thiol keratin-containing materials, comprising applying a mixture comprising one or more thiol compounds and a catalyst. Methods of preparing cross-linked keratin-containing materials by applying a mixture comprising one or more thiol compounds and an oxidizing agent are also disclosed. Methods of grafting monomeric and polymeric materials on keratin-containing materials to provide a covalent coating on keratin-containing materials are disclosed. A mixture comprising one or more thiol compounds is applied to the keratin-containing material sample. The keratin-containing material sample then comprises a plurality of free thiol groups. A monomer is optionally applied to the keratin-containing material sample to form a plurality of covalent bonds between the free thiol groups and the monomers. The disclosed grafting methods can be carried out with or without catalyst.
