In particular, these topical compositions may further comprise photoactive compounds. Methods for stabilizing photoactive compounds are also provided. These methods comprise mixing the photoactive compounds with photostabilizing compounds.

The present invention relates to an additive composition for cosmetics material containing vitamin-C, the additive composition improving the feel on the skin of vitamin-C which is an anti-oxidant.
