AQUEOUS COSMETIC COMPOSITION COMPRISING ALKYLCELLULOSE
The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising, in a physiologically acceptable medium, at least water, at least alkylcellulose, at least a first nonvolatile oil chosen from silicone oils and/or fluoro oils, and at least a second hydrocarbon-based nonvolatile oil chosen from C.sub.10-C.sub.26 alcohols, preferably monoalcohols; monoesters, dieters or triesters of a C.sub.2-C.sub.8 monocarboxylic or polycarboxylic acid and of a C.sub.2-C.sub.8 alcohol, which are optionally hydroxylated; and polyesters of a C.sub.2-C.sub.8 polyol and of one or more C.sub.2-C.sub.8 carboxylic acids.
LEAVE-ON TYPE COSMETIC COMPOSITION FOR FACIAL MASK SHEET HAVING SELF-FOAMING FUNCTION
The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for a leave-on type mask sheet including a fluorinated compound and saponin as a self-foaming agent. The cosmetic composition for a leave-on type mask sheet includes a fluorinated compound and saponin as a self-foaming agent, and thus can provide a cleansing effect, such as an effect of removing sebum or waste. In addition, since the cosmetic composition includes saponin instead of a chemical surfactant, it can reduce side effects, such as skin irritation, alleviate inconvenience of washing-off after using the mask sheet, and improve a moisturizing effect by virtue of elimination of the washing-off procedure.

Micronized composite powder additive
A solvent-free composite powder comprising at least one thermoplastic material and at least one submicron nanoparticle material.
IODINE COMPOSITIONS
The present invention relates to compositions comprising molecular iodine and a vehicle comprising a semifluorinated alkane. The compositions of the invention may be used to treat or prevent diseases or conditions caused by, or associated with microorganisms.
Formulation and Process for Modulating Wound Healing
Methods and compounds are disclosed for wound healing by modulating autophagy. A formulation for modulating autophagy comprises a first modulating compound (FAM) selected from compounds having the general structure (I):
##STR00001## wherein: L represents a linker selected from CC, (a tolan), CHCH (a stilbene, preferably trans); or CR.sub.aCR.sub.b a stilbene derivative; where R.sub.a and R.sub.b are independently H or phenyl optionally substituted with (R.sup.3).sub.p or (R.sup.4).sub.q; R.sup.1 to R.sup.4 are independent substituents at any available position of the phenyl rings, preferably at 3, 3, 4, 4, and/or 5, 5; and m, n, p, and q are independently 0, 1, 2, or 3 representing the number of substituents of the rings, respectively, but at least one of m or n must be 1. Each R.sup.1 to R.sup.2 is independently selected from substituents described herein, including but not limited to hydroxyl, alkoxy, halo, halomethyl and glycosides. The formulation may also include an auxiliary autophagy modulating compound (AAM) as described herein. The formulation may include a hydrogel formed by the compounds themselves or otherwise and may include salts and/or complexes.
