Push on and pull off Schrader and Presta valve air filler pump head
Push On and Pull Off Schrader and Presta Valve Air Filler Pump Head is disclosed. By using a simple sliding motion and a complete redesign on how the nozzle engages the valve, the invention takes into account the natural action of a hand performing the action where the fingers would naturally be especially in a tight space like that of one that could be encountered between spokes. The invention also takes advantage of dominant muscle groups in the hand and fingers to make the motion of valve engagement and disengagement easier.
Basement sewer drain recovery and discharge system
Disclosed is a basement sewer drain pump housing that draws fluid from a drain into a housing, the fluid is discharged from the housing and out of the basement. The device comprises a pickup tube having a fluid level sensor, which is placed within a sewer main drain or floor drain. The housing comprises an enclosed volume, a suction tube connected to the pickup tube, a suction pump, and a discharge pump. The pump is activated by a switch controlled by the pickup tube fluid sensor, the fluid is drawn into the housing from the drain and discharged through a discharge pipe. The device operates from outlet or battery and serves as a basement drain pump that prevents fluid and sewage backflow during power outages and plumbing blockages. Another modification provides two donuts to prevent the flow of fluid blocking both the floor drain and the main sewer drain.
Self-sealing valve
A fluid controller comprising a self sealing valve is disclosed. The fluid controller includes a rim that defines a fluid passage for a flow of fluid inflation and deflation of an inflatable bladder. A diaphragm is configured to seal the fluid passage, and the self sealing valve also includes at least one extension configured to extend over the diaphragm to limit a deflection of the diaphragm in a direction away from the interior of the inflatable bladder to maintain a substantially fluid-tight seal between the diaphragm and the rim under increased pressure within the inflatable bladder.
Inflation valve allowing for rapid inflation and deflation of an inflatable object
Disclosed is an inflation valve enabling a user to quickly inflate and deflate an inflatable object. The inflation valve can include an inflation chamber that is an adequate size to capture a breath of air blown by a user from a distance away from an outside opening of the inflation chamber. This allows surrounding air into the area of low pressure created by the moving air, thereby greatly increasing the amount of air entering the inflatable object. To prevent air from escaping the inflatable object, the inflation valve can include a non-invertible one-way valve and/or an invertible one-way valve. Each valve can prevent air from escaping the inflation chamber until adequate pressure is applied from the outside opening of the inflation chamber, for example, as a result of a user blowing air into the inflation chamber. The invertible one-way valve can be inverted to reverse the properties of the valve.
Snap-in valve for rubber wheels
Disclosed are valves for inflating the tires of rubber wheels, in particular of vehicles, where the term vehicles is intended as motor vehicles, trucks, motorcycles or in general road transport vehicles. More in detail, the a valve (1) of snap-in type for rubber wheels includes: a hollow valve body (2) of cylindrical shape arranged for connecting the inside of the rubber wheels with the outside environment and allowing passage of air; an actuating mechanism (3) of the valve (1) arranged inside the valve body (2); a rubber ring (4), suitably shaped, arranged for partially covering the valve body (2), wherein the valve body (2) includes at least one portion (20) made of plastic material.
Attachment for different air valve
An air valve connecting device or attachment includes a casing extended from a housing, a mouth engaged in the casing and having a compartment for engaging with either a US or French inflation valve, a follower slidably engaged in the casing and the housing and engageable with the mouth for compressing the mouth to grasp either of the inflation valves, a tube slidably engaged in the follower and extendible into the mouth, an actuator engaged in the housing and having a space for engaging with the follower, and the actuator includes a cam member for engaging with the follower and for forcing the follower to compress the mouth and to grasp either of inflation valves to the casing.
Release valve for inflatable seat cushion
A release valve for connection to an inflatable cushion comprising an air conduit, a fitting at a first end of the air conduit for insertion into an air tube in fluid communication with the interior of the cushion, and an air inlet port at the opposite end of the air conduit and a filter assembly at the air inlet port. There is first, vertically orientated, spring biased ball valve centrally positioned in the air conduit including at least one air egress vent and being operatively associated with a spring biased actuator in the ball valve housing for opening the first ball valve. The button and first ball valve define a gap to minimize accidental air release. A second longitudinally orientated, spring biased ball valve is positioned in the air conduit adjacent the air inlet port.
Wheel module comprising an elastically deformable inflation valve for a tyre pressure monitoring system
A wheel module for a tire pressure monitoring system includes an inflation valve of the snap-in type and an electronic casing fixed thereto in a reversible manner. This valve is produced from a resiliently deformable material and includes a valve body and a metal conduit extending therethrough for introducing inflation air. The valve body has a first end provided with a thread for receiving a closure cap and a second end with a hollow metal fixing rod provided with notches fixed thereto. The electronic casing is slidingly mounted on the fixing rod and includes an element for blocking the position of the casing relative to the valve in a reversible manner. The blocking element includes a substantially U-shaped metal wire, a first end and a second end of which are inserted below retention lugs produced on the same face of the casing. This metal wire is insertable into the notches.
Valve connector for a valve of an inflating device and adapter having the same
A valve connector has a tubular body, a connection head, and an annular seal. The tubular body has at least one air inlet, an air outlet, and a first threaded hole. The first threaded hole is defined in the tubular body, communicates with the air outlet, and has a first thread specification and an inner diameter. The connection head is mounted detachably on the tubular body and has a second threaded hole and a recess. The second threaded hole has a second thread specification and an inner diameter larger than that of the first threaded hole. The recess is axially defined in the connection head and has an inner diameter larger than that of the second threaded hole. The annular seal is mounted in the recess in the connection head and is clamped between the tubular body and the connection head.
Air chuck with variable angle swivel head
An air chuck with variable angle swivel head, having a head, a handle having a front face having a manufactured angle, and a swivel mechanism, which includes a banjo bolt, an air chuck tip and a pin, which together provide an air passage, whereby the head is connected to the handle by the swivel mechanism, and the manufactured angle of the front face of the handle lies in the range of 15 degrees to 45 degrees.
