FLUID RESISTANT SOLENOID AND RELATED METHOD
A solenoid assembly (100) is provided that includes a frame (104), a coil (106) positioned proximate the frame (104), and a core (114) defined by the coil (106). A plunger (108) is actuatable between at least a first position and a second position, and a guide (109) is at least partially disposed within the core (114). The plunger (108) is disposed at least partially within the guide (109). A housing (102) at least partially houses the frame (104), the coil (106), the guide (109) and the plunger (108), and the guide (109) is prevented from rotating independently of the housing (102).
Tool comprising at least one sealing device for an opening
A tool for sealing at least one opening of a fluid circuit element, the tool including a support, at least one sealing device for an opening connected to the support and positioning structure for positioning and immobilizing the support with respect to the fluid circuit element, the frame comprising a U-shaped stirrup with a base and two arms, a rod and two connections connecting the rod to each arm, each arm including a centering wedge attached to the internal face of the arm which presents a bearing surface, the bearing surfaces being spaced apart by a distance making it possible to immobilize the fluid circuit element in a first direction in a transverse plane.
Coating system with multiple dispensing needles
A coating system and method including a web path moving a substrate past a contacting element including a distribution manifold having a cavity, and a multiplicity of needle tubes in fluid communication with the cavity, the needle tubes each having a needle tip dispensing a coating material towards a point of contact between the substrate and the contacting element. In some embodiments, the distribution manifold separates into a manifold containing the internal cavity, and a removable cartridge having the plurality of needle tubes. The coating system and method can be used to apply a pre-metered coating material to the substrate.
Trim system for fluid control valve
A trim system for a fluid control valve that includes a first stem driver coupled to a first actuator of the valve, a cage coupled to the first stem driver, a first handle coupled to the cage, a second stem driver coupled to a second actuator of the valve, and a second handle coupled to the second stem driver. The first stem driver and the cage are configured to compensate for axial and angular misalignment between the first handle and the first actuator, and the second stem driver and the second handle are configured to compensate for axial and angular misalignment between the second handle and the second actuator. Rotation of the first handle is configured to rotate the first actuator through the first stem driver and the cage, and rotation of the second handle is configured to rotate the second actuator through the second stem driver.
Filler apparatus and method of using the same
The present document describes filler apparatus, washing and maintenance support station and methods of using the same. The support station is for supporting a filler container, a volumetric container and/or a sliding plate of the filler apparatus. The washing and maintenance support station comprises a support main frame; a filler container corresponding mating connector on the support main frame for releasably connecting with a filler container mating connector; a volumetric container mount receiving section on the main frame below the filler container corresponding mating connector for releasably mounting a volumetric container mount; and a sliding plate receiving support on the main frame below the volumetric container mount receiving section for releasably supporting a sliding plate substantially flat section. When displaced vertically relative to the support main frame, the filler container, the volumetric container and the sliding plate are capable of engagement with respectively the filler container corresponding mating connector, the volumetric container mount receiving section and the sliding plate receiving support to be disengaged.
Valve assembly
Valve assembly (10) comprises two valve portions, an upper and lower valve portion (12,24), each having a valve housing indicated generally at (16,18) which are generally annular and a valve closure member (20,20′) which is pivotally mounted within the housing. The valve closure member (20,20′) is in the form of an annular disc and is provided with spindles (22,22′) by means of which the valve closure member is pivotally mounted within the housing. The valve closure member (20,20′) and the spindles (22,22′) are machined from a single piece of metal.
Connector assembly for syringe system
A connector assembly for a fluid delivery system includes a conical body defining an interior cavity and a discharge outlet, the discharge outlet defining an internal passage in fluid communication with the interior cavity; and a connector removably attached to the discharge outlet. The connector includes a central body configured to be at least partially positioned within the internal passage of the discharge outlet, and an annular connector portion connected to the central body and configured to releasably engage an exterior of the discharge outlet, the central body defining an internal channel within the central body that is in fluid communication with the interior cavity of the conical body when the connector is attached to the discharge outlet.
Pour spout adapter assembly for pumping system
A pour spout adapter comprises a housing, a collar and a threaded engagement. The housing has a sealed bore for receiving a tube. The collar has an internal bore coupled to the housing at a rotatable connection so as to permit a tube to extend from the sealed bore through the collar. The threaded engagement is disposed on the internal bore to receive a threaded pour spout.
Hydraulic brake pipe assembly and brake pipe fitting tool
A brake pipe fitting tool includes a first hydraulic pipe wrench, a second hydraulic pipe wrench, a connecting portion and a handle portion. The first hydraulic pipe wrench has a first jaw defining a first hydraulic pipe insertion opening. The second hydraulic pipe wrench has a second jaw defining a second hydraulic pipe insertion opening. The connecting portion connects the first hydraulic pipe wrench to the second hydraulic pipe wrench such that the first hydraulic pipe wrench and the second hydraulic pipe wrench are fixedly and rigidly connected to one another and spaced apart from one another by a predetermined distance. The first hydraulic pipe insertion opening and the second hydraulic pipe insertion opening are parallel to one another and aligned with one another. The handle portion is rigidly fixed to one of the first hydraulic pipe wrench, the second hydraulic pipe wrench or the connecting portion.
