SOLENOID VALVE ASSEMBLY FOR A BRAKING SYSTEM FOR A VEHICLE, BRAKING SYSTEM FOR A VEHICLE, AND METHOD FOR MOUNTING A SOLENOID VALVE ASSEMBLY FOR A BRAKING SYSTEM FOR A VEHICLE
A solenoid valve apparatus for a brake system for a vehicle, including: a main valve unit; a pilot-control valve unit that is fluidically connected to the main valve unit; and a housing to accommodate at least the main valve unit and the pilot-control valve unit; in which the pilot-control valve unit includes a double solenoid unit and at least one valve device, in which the double solenoid unit is formed such that it can be populated with at least one valve device, and in which the double solenoid unit has at least two accommodating portions for accommodating valve devices and at least two solenoid devices for actuating valve devices. Also described are a related braking system and a related method for mounting a solenoid valve assembly for a braking system for a vehicle.
Modular Valve Trim Assembly For Use In A Process Control Valve
A unitary valve trim assembly that can be easily installed in and removed from a valve body of a process control valve. The valve trim assembly includes a valve cage and a valve seat. The valve cage has a first projection that extends in a first direction that is perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the valve cage. The valve seat has a second projection that extends in a second direction, opposite the first direction, that is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. The second projection is arranged to engage the first projection to removably couple the valve seat to the valve cage.
Valve With Removable Seat
A valve has a housing defining an inlet and an outlet and a cavity therebetween which receives a valve seat. The valve seat defines a slot which receives a body rotatably mounted with in the valve seat. The valve seat is sealingly engaged with the housing, the body rotatably mounted with in the valve seat sealingly engages the valve seat and is rotatably movable between an open and a closed position using an actuator. An opening in the housing provides access to the cavity. The valve seat may be removed from the housing through the opening by attaching the valve seat to the body rotatably mounted with in the valve seat, thereby attaching the valve seat to the actuator, and withdrawing the body rotatably mounted with in the valve seat from the housing using the actuator.
Faucet valve housing assembly
A valve housing assembly includes a valve housing and a hollow cover. The valve housing includes an upper portion configured to couple to a valve cartridge and a lower portion configured to couple to one or more water supply lines. The hollow cover is configured to be coupled to the valve housing in a plurality of different orientations, and substantially surrounds, and sealingly engages, the valve housing. The valve housing assembly is configured to be coupled to, and received within, a plurality of faucets having different configurations.
Valve assembly having improved rotational feel
A valve assembly includes a valve housing having an internal generally cup-shaped bore, a valve control cartridge inserted into the bore and having a rotatable control stem extending upwardly therefrom, and a bonnet nut having a through-bore. The bonnet nut is threaded to the valve housing such that the control stem extends through the through-bore. Flexible fingers are provided along the through-bore to control a level of resistance to a rotation of the rotatable control stem. The stem is positioned to frictionally engage the flexible fingers as the stem is rotated.
