A first engagement unit and a second engagement unit are formed to be engaged with each other at a divided portion formed in a substantially ring-shaped frame of a control valve filter. The first engagement unit includes a first inclination surface and a recessed portion. The second engagement unit includes a second inclination surface capable of coming into close contact with the first inclination surface and a projection portion engaged with the recessed portion. The recessed portion and the projection portion are engaged from the diameter direction of the frame, and the first inclination surface and the second inclination surface are in close contact with each other, whereby the first engagement unit and the second engagement unit are engaged with each there, and therefore, the recessed portion and the projection portion can be prevented from being deformed or damaged.

REMOVABLE INLET MANIFOLD FOR A MEDICAL WASTE COLLECTION SYSTEM

A removable manifold for a medical/surgical waste collection system. The manifold is dimensioned to be mounted to a receiver integral with the system. The manifold includes at least one tube through which waste is drawn into a manifold cage. The tube extends through an inlet port into a void space internal to the manifold cage at an angle. The tube exits the manifold cage and is centered along an axis that is off center to the longitudinal axis of the manifold cage where it engages a complementary valve internal to the receiver. The valve regulates flow between the receiver and the down line components of the waste collection system. The valve is normally closed. When the manifold is fitted to the receiver the tube engages the valve and rotation of the manifold moves the valve to the open position allowing fluid flow from the manifold and receiver to the downstream components of the system.

A magnetic separator for a central heating system comprises a housing, a separation chamber within the housing, and inlet and outlet ports extending from the housing. The inlet and outlet ports include push-fit connectors having collets surrounding the mouth of each of the inlet and outlet for releasing the connectors. The magnetic separator also has a release tool. The release tool has first and second bearing areas for bearing against the collets of the inlet and outlet connectors, and a handle region for enabling force to be applied, via the bearing areas, to both connectors simultaneously.

If the urea solution received in the urea solution tank is frozen, the pump and the urea solution frozen around the pump may be quickly and efficiently thawed.

Provided are a supply apparatus and a supply method for supplying fluid carbon dioxide that are energy-saving and efficient. The supply apparatus for supplying fluid carbon dioxide includes: a circulation system including a purifying unit that removes impurities and contaminants from the carbon dioxide, a storage unit that includes a condenser for changing gaseous carbon dioxide passed through the purifying unit into liquid carbon dioxide, a supply unit that includes a first pump for supplying the liquid carbon dioxide in the storage unit to a use point, and a return line through which excess carbon dioxide supplied from the supply unit but not used at the use point is returned to the storage unit; and a carbon dioxide introduction unit that introduces carbon dioxide, as a starting material or recovered gas, to the circulation system. The carbon dioxide introduction unit includes a second pump for increasing the pressure of the carbon dioxide and the second pump introduces the carbon dioxide to the circulation system.

WATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Embodiments of the present invention provide a water management system for use on board a passenger transport vehicle. The water management system may be used to address and manage excess humidity, water leaks, or any other instance when water or other liquid may collect at a certain location. The disclosure provides a system for managing excess water and for optionally delivering the water to another location. The removal location may be a disposal outlet or it may be a beneficial use of the collected water on-board the vehicle.
