11268266 · 2022-03-08 ·

Fluid-dispensing systems and methods relating thereto are described. A method of dispensing fluid includes: (i) receiving, from a temperature encoder, a temperature signal; (ii) receiving, from a flow rate encoder, a flow rate signal; (iii) providing, based on the temperature signal and the flow rate signal, a first amount of power required by a first motor; (iv) providing, based on the temperature signal and the flow rate signal, a second amount of power required by a second motor; (v) opening, based on the first amount of power, the first valve by a first amount of valve opening; (vi) opening, based on the second amount of power, the second valve by a second amount of valve opening; and (vii) facilitating admixing of a first fluid flow at a first fluid flow rate, received from the first valve, and a second fluid flow at a second fluid flow rate, received from the second valve, to create an admixed fluid stream.

HIGH FLOW VALVE SEAT FOR WATER CONTROL VALVE
20220074506 · 2022-03-10 ·

Disclosed is a high flow valve seat for a water control valve, including a main body, wherein the main body has one end and a circumferential part. The main body forms a waterway and several flow channels which straight extend from the end into the main body respectively. The main body forms several through holes connected to the flow channels respectively. The flow channel is formed of a first wall surface, a second wall surface and a third wall surface. The first wall surface is laterally adjacent to the circumferential part. The second wall surface and the third wall surface abut on both sides of the first wall surface respectively, and the second wall surface and the third wall surface extend away from the circumferential part respectively, so as to enlarge the cross-section area of the flow channel and to increase the flow of water to the valve core structure.

PULLDOWN KITCHEN FAUCET WITH SPRING SPOUT

A faucet including a spring spout supporting a spout nest, and a sprayhead releasably coupled to the spout nest. A docking cradle is supported by the spout base and is configured to releasably couple to the spout nest. The faucet may include a capacitive sensor operably coupled to the spring spout by at least one capacitive coupling.

VALVE ASSEMBLY FOR AN ELECTRONIC FAUCET

An electronic faucet includes a spout, a fluid supply conduit supported by the spout, and a valve assembly including an electrically operable valve. A controller is coupled to the valve assembly and includes a processor operative to control the electrically operable valve to control fluid flow through the fluid supply conduit. The controller includes a port in communication with the processor, the port being releasably coupled to electronics of a secondary device.

SWITCHING TECHNOLOGY FOR FAUCETS
20210293006 · 2021-09-23 ·

A set of universal switching modules is provided for mechanical touch faucets. The switching modules afford the same operational benefits and features as an electronic faucet without the necessity of resort to an electrical power supply, eliminating the need for electronic control circuitry, and simplifying installation while increasing long term operational reliability. The switching modules are activated by a linear depressing or a rocking motion that contrasts with rotary motions associated with rotating a valve stem. The switching module designs are agnostic to the faucet design meaning that the switching modules are universal in that the modules fit any faucet design. The switching modules work with a variety of activation methods used in faucet design illustratively including rocker switch concepts, push concepts, and a horizontal/perpendicular push concepts. Faucet manufacturers purchase a module based on the type of activation that they prefer for seamless integration in their faucet design.

MIXER FAUCET

Provided is a mixer faucet configured such that a lubricant can be effectively supplied. The mixer faucet includes a fixed valve body and a movable valve body. The fixed valve body includes a hot water supply hole, a cold water supply hole, a drain hole, a first sliding surface, and a lubricant retention portion. At least a part of the lubricant retention portion is provided in a circumferentially extended region of the hot water supply hole and a circumferentially extended region of the cold water supply hole. In the circumferentially extended region, only the first sliding surface is present between the hot water supply hole and the lubricant retention portion. In the circumferentially extended region, only the first sliding surface is present between the cold water supply hole and the lubricant retention portion.

Sanitary faucet handle having multiple grasping regions
11073226 · 2021-07-27 · ·

A sanitary water faucet handle has multiple levers, or grasping regions. Each lever includes an associated indicator, identifying whether the particular grasping region is intended for use in turning the faucet's water supply on, or off. The indicator may be in the form of indicia applied to a portion of at least one of the levers, a coloration of at least one of the levers, a variation in the relative length of at least one of the levers, or a variation of the height of at least one of the levers relative to a bottom surface of the handle. The handle is attachable to a conventional water valve, permitting the handle to be retrofitted as a replacement handle in existing faucet systems. A supplemental lever or grasping region may be attachable or releasably attachable to a preexisting lever of a faucet system. A powered faucet lever may be provided that reconfigures itself to automatically present one of two separate sets of grasping regions, depending upon whether the associated faucet is activated or deactivated.
