Locking structure for cover covering handle seat
A locking structure for a cover covering a handle seat may include a cover placed to cover a disk-shaped handle seat mounted on a surface of a door and may include a cover locking mechanism, a handle seat-side locking portion, and a rotation prevention mechanism. The cover locking mechanism may include a plurality of protrusion-shaped cover-side locking portions protruding inward at circumferential intervals at an opening end edge of the cover. The handle seat-side locking portion may include a groove portion and a hooking groove portion to which the cover is hooked when the cover-side locking portion is inserted when the cover placed is rotated. The rotation prevention mechanism may include a biased latch arranged at the groove portion. The latch may have an engagement portion projecting and retracting with respect to a bottom surface of the groove portion.
DOOR FOR A VEHICLE
A door and a vehicle including the door are disclosed. The door includes a door body; a latch movable between locked and unlocked positions; a first handle accessible from an exterior side of the body; a second handle accessible from an interior side of the body; and a rod connecting the latch and the handles, the handles rotating about a common axis, the first handle being rotatable between a first and a second position, the second handle being rotatable between a third and a fourth position, the latch being in the locked position when the first handle is in the first position and the second handle is in the third position, the latch being in the unlocked position when the first handle is in the second position, the latch being in the unlocked position also when the second handle is in the fourth position.
Door systems and door hardware components
Door systems and door hardware components are described herein, along with methods of installing the door systems and components. The door systems include a bottom spacer that racks the door system in an opening in which the door system is being installed to facilitate proper spacing of the door after removal of the bottom spacer.
Interconnected lock with adjustable deadbolt to latchbolt spacing
An interconnected lock has adjustable offset spacing between latchbolt and deadbolt lock mechanisms, and a sliding pusher mechanism therebetween. The pusher mechanism is operable upon operation of an interior actuator to bear against the deadbolt lock mechanism and move the deadbolt along the second axis from the latched to the unlatched position at the same time that the operation of the interior actuator moves the latchbolt along the first axis from the latched to the unlatched position. The pusher mechanism includes an arm that bears against the deadbolt lock mechanism and may be retracted and extended between a first length and a second, longer length when changing offset spacing between the deadbolt and latchbolt. The arm is extendable from the first length to the second length without adding or removing any components thereof.
QUICK TURN LATCH MECHANISM
A latch mechanism having a quick turn and release feature where the latch mechanism comprises a first body member having at least one actuation device. A second body member is coupled to the first body member and includes at least one aperture and pin receiving channel formed therein. A pin element is coupled to the second body member and includes a first pin portion and a second pin portion. The first pin portion and the second pin portion are respectively arranged to extend axially within the pin receiving channel of the second body member such that an upward rotation of the actuation device in a counterclockwise direction releasably disengages the pin element from a shaft of one or more hinges of the door assembly to allow an operator to exit an operator cab of the work vehicle.
Actuation handle
An actuation handle having a handle, having a handle neck and rotatably connected to an installation body, is provided. The handle connects to an actuation element in the door or window via a driver. Two detent elements engage in at least one functional position of the handle. An axially movable, non-rotatably mounted detent ring includes a first detent element. A counter detent ring includes a second detent element that corresponds to the first detent element. A guide sleeve provides a non-rotating receptacle for the driver, aligns centrally with the rotary axis of the handle, and has guide elements along its inner circumference. The detent ring has an opening and has guide elements along its outer circumference. The detent ring is inserted into the guide sleeve and the opening receives the driver, while its guide elements are engaged with the guide elements of the guide sleeve in an axially movable manner.
DOOR LOCK AND HANDLE ASSEMBLY
A door handle assembly that allows for easy removal and switching of handles is disclosed. Such an arrangement may provide the flexibility to change handle orientation and interchange handles based on a user's circumstances or preferences such as when a door handle is configured as a lever having a curved shape. Further, the door handle may be configured as a door lock having a keypad access control. The face of the keypad accessible from outside the door may include auxiliary battery terminals to provide the user with easy accessibility for providing temporary power to the door lock with an auxiliary battery should the installed batteries housed within the door lock fail to provide sufficient power.
COLD ROOM LATCH
A lockable latch (8) is disclosed for walk-in cold rooms which includes a lockable strike (10) with an exterior strike assembly (16) and an interior release assembly (17). The exterior strike assembly includes a housing (25) and a rod holder (32) configured to releasably hold a coupling rod (35). The exterior strike assembly also has a metal anti-rotation plate (40) removably coupled to the housing. The interior release assembly includes a turn knob (53), an escutcheon plate (54), and an index washer (55). The turn knob includes two oppositely disposed alignment projections (77) and a radial array of steps (78) which includes four, re-occurring series of three steps. The index washer has a four time re-occurring series of steps (93).
