Coupler system
A coupler system for connecting elongate, horizontally disposed rods to vertical supports includes a top-cap component for attaching to the top of a vertical support. The top-cap support includes a body with plural cavities, and at least one ball-cap component for attaching to an end of a rod. The ball-cap component includes a ball region that fits within one of the plural cavities. The body may be formed with four plural cavities, each having beveled edges. The ball-cap component may include a ball region, a neck region, and an angled region located adjacent the neck region and away from the ball region. The top-cap and ball-cap components may include insertion regions with opposing sets of ribs. The coupler system may further include a cover component, and the body may be formed with a central hole for receiving a fastener that secures the cover component to the top-cap component.
Docking system with joint supports
A set of components that can be used to construct a structurally sound dock are disclosed. The components can be extruded and the components are shaped such that interconnected components provide support for the other components thereby alleviating weak points due to welded only joints. A fascia channel provides additional strength by including structures that improve the vertical and horizontal strength of the fascia channel. HDPE plastic inserts and sheaves provide sound dampening for metal to metal contact points. Other components include a corner connector, a post system and a hinge system.
Node structures for lattice frames
A node structure for connecting a member of a lattice frame to one or more other members of the frame comprises a hollow brace having opposed walls that converge outwardly at an acute angle in cross-section toward a central plane to connect at an outer edge. At least one root portion has a central longitudinal axis extending outwardly in the central plane of the brace for alignment with a member of the frame. The root portion has an inner end cut away at opposite sides around the central plane to leave a joining surface that intersects the converging walls of the brace while embracing an outer region of the brace extending inwardly from the outer edge.
FIXTURE MOUNT ASSEMBLY
A fixture mount assembly for coupling with a support includes a fixture mount configured for mounting one or more fixtures on a support. The fixture mount includes a fixture body surrounding a wiring cavity, and one or more fixture coupling features extending from the fixture body. A grasping clamp is coupled with the fixture body. The grasping clamp is configured to grasp the support in an installed configuration.
Metal corner connector
A metal corner connector contains at least two connection regions which are arranged on a lateral surface of the metal corner connector. At least one connection region is configured to be mechanically stably connected via welding to a metal pipe extending along a main extension plane of the metal corner connector. The connection region contains at least one protrusion with a groove, which is configured for receiving a welding material. The connection region has an outer surface which is adjacent to the protrusion and is configured as a contact surface for an end face of the metal pipe. A method produces a device having such a metal corner connector.
