COLLECTIVE LOTION AND SCENT REMOVER
A kit for comfortably collecting the scent of one person prolonging it and applying that scent elsewhere on the person or on another person is disclosed. In certain embodiments, the scent collected is the scent from an individual. In still other preferred embodiments, the scent collected is from a sexual partner and is applied elsewhere on that person's body or clothing or to the person's sexual partner. The scent can be collected by applying a collective lotion, which may be provided on a moistened pad, to a user's finger, an applicator or the like and touching or rubbing the desired region. Thereafter, the user's finger or the applicator can be used to apply the scent where desired, such as on their hair, shoulder, arm, chest, external skin area above the upper lip and underneath the nose, hand, wrist, neck, or the like, or on those areas of another desired person. A scent removed may also be provided to subsequently remove the scent transferred as desired.

The invention relates to the use of an extract of the fungus Inonotus obliquus for maintaining and/or increasing the cohesion of the skin tissues, for preventing the appearance of and/or for reducing shadows and/or bags in the area around the eyes, for maintaining and/or increasing the radiance and/or homogeneity of the skin complexion and/or for maintaining and/or increasing the barrier function of the skin and/or for increasing the skin microcirculation. The invention also relates to the extract of I. obliquus or a dermatological composition comprising same, for its use for reducing ruddiness and/or for preventing and/or reducing pathologies resulting from a reduction in the cohesion of the skin tissues, notably itching and/or couperosis.

A method for producing an antimicrobial agent is provided. The method includes co-fermenting at least one bacterium and at least one yeast in a growth media to produce a co-fermented product. The co-fermented product includes an antimicrobial agent. A filtration method is applied to the co-fermented product to isolate and extract the antimicrobial agent from the co-fermented product, wherein the antimicrobial agent is a secondary metabolite.
