ASSEMBLY AND METHOD FOR CREATING CUSTOM STRUCTURES FROM PRINTABLE BLANK SHEETS
A printable blank sheet includes a sheet with a top substrate and a bottom layer, a dry lift adhesive connecting the top substrate to the bottom layer, cut lines in the sheet that extend through the top substrate and the dry lift adhesive but not through the bottom layer, and an object with an intricate shape cut into the top substrate with a periphery of the object defined by the cut lines. The object can be removed from the sheet by separating the object and the bottom layer along the dry lift adhesive.
Glass plate and manufacturing method of glass plate
Separation lines are formed in a glass plate having first and second main surfaces by irradiating with laser light. The separation lines are configured of a product line corresponding to an outline of a glass article to be separated from the glass plate; and a release line. The product line includes a first in-plane void array configured of in-plane voids arranged on the first main surface. A maximum distance between centers of the adjacent in-plane voids arranged on the first main surface falls within a range of 1 m to 10 m. The release line includes internal void arrays for release line, which are arranged along lines connecting the first and second main surfaces, respectively. A maximum distance between centers of the adjacent points, at which extension lines extended from the internal void arrays for release line cross the first main surface, is greater than 10 m.
Sheet, door hole seal, and method for producing the same
The present invention reduces the generation of an unusual sound resulting from vibration of a part of a sheet. A first sheet includes: a peripheral portion which is to surround a service hole of a door inner panel; and a central portion surrounded by the peripheral portion, the first sheet having, along a boundary between the central portion and the peripheral portion, a plurality of first holes and a plurality of second holes each of which differs in size from each of the plurality of first holes.
Method for manufacturing a reflective laminate insulating assembly
An insulated HVAC duct component such as a transition box includes a first insulation layer and a second, different insulation layer. The transition box includes at least four sidewalls and one of a top and a back wall, the transition box further including a first access port and a second access port, the first access port having a different cross section than the second access port, one of the access ports being spaced from a nearest sidewall by less than 2 inches. The first insulation layer is located along an inside surface of the box. The second different insulation layer overlies the first insulation layer, the second different insulation layer having an air impervious surface, wherein the combined thickness of the first insulation layer and the second different insulation layer is less than 2 inches.
SEPARABLE COMPOSITE ARTICLES IN SHEET OR ROLL FORM
A linear series of connected unitary sheet-like articles, each of which comprises a panel flatly conjoined along a unifying flat bond zone with a flexible elastic layer that extends away from the panel and includes an elastic fastening loop. Adjacent articles of the series are ruptureably connected in a manner permitting the series to be handled as a unit while at the same time permitting ruptureable separation of individual articles from the series. In one embodiment, the linear series is wound into roll form.
Clean edge business cards
A printable blank sheet includes a sheet with defined separation lines, a first layer with cuts running through the first layer along the defined separation lines, and a second layer attached to a bottom side of the first layer, with perforations running through the second layer along the defined separation lines. A method for creating custom print cards includes running a printable blank sheet through a printer to print on defined print areas, wherein the sheet includes slit-over-perforation lines defining a periphery of an object in the sheet, bending the sheet along the slit-over-perforation lines to weaken and separate the slit-over-perforation lines, and detaching the object from the sheet.
Nonlinear Line of Weakness Formed by a Perforating Apparatus
A web may include a curvilinear line of weakness comprising a plurality of perforations. Each of the plurality of perforations may be separated by a bond area and each of the plurality of perforations may have a perforation length. Each bond area may have a non-perforation length. At least two of the perforations lengths may be substantially equal.

Self-Laminating Rotating Cable Marker with Breakaway Portion
A self-laminating rotating cable marker label is constructed of a transparent film having a first adhesive area, an adhesive-free smooth area, and a second adhesive area. A print-on area forms one side of the transparent film, the print-on area adapted to receive indicia identifying the cable about which the marker label is applied. A perforation extends across the transparent film providing a line of separation of the transparent film. When wrapped around a cable, the second adhesive area overlies the print-on area such that the cable identifying indicia is visible through the transparent second adhesive area. As the transparent film is wrapped around the cable, the first adhesive area adheres to the cable. The remainder of the transparent film is rotated, breaking the perforation, whereby the smooth area of the film in contact with the cable provides smooth rotation of the label around the cable.
