The present invention relates to an electromagnetic shielding sheet capable of improving reliability. Particularly, the present invention provides a composite magnetic sheet for electromagnetic shielding structured such that an independent soft magnetic sheet, which has a low surface roughness, is laminated on the outermost surface of a soft magnetic sheet having a lamination structure, thereby implementing laminated composite sheets having different surface roughness or porosity characteristics; as a result, the reliability in an external hazardous environment, such as saline water, can be substantially enhanced while maintaining the efficiency of electromagnetic shielding.

The sheet includes at least one layer thin magnetic sheet made of an amorphous ribbon separated into a plurality of fine pieces; a protective film that is adhered on one surface of the thin magnetic sheet via a first adhesive layer provided on one side of the protective film; and a double-sided tape that is adhered on the other surface of the thin magnetic sheet via a second adhesive layer provided on one side of the double-sided adhesive tape, wherein gaps among the plurality of fine pieces are filled by some parts of the first and second adhesive layers, to thereby isolate the plurality of fine pieces.

The plurality of composite material macro-wires are included in an electrical component, where the electrical component is selected from a rotor, a stator, and an electromagnetic shield.

MAGNETIC CORE AND COIL COMPONENT

A magnetic core having a high relative permeability is obtained. The magnetic core contains soft magnetic metal powder particles. In a cross section of the magnetic core, a number ratio of soft magnetic metal powder particles having a circularity of less than 0.50 to a total number of soft magnetic metal powder particles having a particle size of 10 m or more and less than 50 m is 0.05% or more and 1.50% or less.

The greater one out of the magnetoresistance of the first region and the magnetoresistance of the second region is greater than or equal to the magnetoresistance of the third region.

LAMINATED SHEET

A laminated sheet includes a sheet-shaped inductor including a plurality of wirings and a magnetic layer embedding the plurality of wirings, and a processing stability layer disposed on at least one surface in a thickness direction of the inductor. The magnetic layer includes a binder and a magnetic particle having a generally flat shape and whose material is a metal. The processing stability layer includes a cured product of a thermosetting resin composition. The thermosetting resin composition includes a thermosetting resin as an essential component. The thermosetting resin composition includes at least one kind of particle, as an optical component, selected from the group consisting of a first particle having a generally spherical shape and a second particle having a generally flat shape and whose material is an inorganic compound.
