SPOT WELDING CAP CHANGER
The invention relates to a spot welding cap changer (1) with a cap puller (2) and two cap magazines (3, 3A), the cap puller (2) having a gripper (20) with spring-loaded, pivotable jaws (21, 22), which in response to a turning and axial pulling-off movement detaches a spot welding cap (K) of a pincer spot welding head introduced into it from a shaft of the pincer welding head in such a way that it is clamped to prevent it twisting, and the cap magazines (3, 3A) holding spot welding caps respectively in a round cap carrier (31) such that they are circularly arranged in a directed and oriented manner and are respectively transported individually one after the other into an access position against a stop (32) by an advancing force (P).
System and method for the reconditioning of barrels including a robotic arm with a removable laser module
A system for reconditioning barrels comprising: a robot arm; a router assembly for routing the inside surface of a barrel; and a laser assembly for measuring the inside profile of a barrel, wherein: the router assembly is fixedly attached to the robot arm; and the laser assembly is removably attached to the router assembly thus allowing the laser assembly to be removed while the barrel is being routed in order to protect the laser from airborne particles and vibrations from the router.
Additive manufacturing apparatus
A CNC machine including a worktable displaceable along a y-axis, a gantry disposed along an x-axis, either fixed or displaceable along the y-axis, a carriage on such gantry displaceable along the x-axis and including a thermoplastic material extrusion conduit, a tool carrier mounted on such carriage displaceable along a z-axis, a dispersion conduit mounted on such tool carrier accommodating an applicator, means mounted on such applicator for extruding a molten bead of a thermoplastic material, a flexible hose interconnecting such molten material forming means and such applicator, a plurality of servomotors for linearly or rotationally displacing such components along or about such axes and a computer for controlling such component displacements.
Machine tool for processing plate-like workpieces, in particular metal sheets
A machine tool for processing plate-like workpieces, in particular metal sheets, has a machine frame with a lower frame arm, an upper frame arm and a frame compartment or throat defined between the upper and lower arms. A first tool magazine, close to the station, has storage places for processing tools is arranged at least partially within the frame compartment. The processing tools, such as punch/die sets, can be interchanged at a processing station of the machine tool. By means of a tool transfer device, processing tools can be transferred between the first tool and a second tool magazine, remote from the station. The second tool magazine has a magazine platform that protrudes laterally in a horizontal direction with respect to the machine frame and is accessible from above, on which magazine platform storage places for processing tools interchangeable at the processing station are provided, and above which a tool holder of the tool transfer device is mounted on the relevant longitudinal side of the machine frame.
MEASUREMENT DEVICE FOR MACHINING CENTER
A computer numerical control (CNC) machining center is provided. The CNC machining center includes a spindle that receives a cutting tool. A work surface is operably arranged adjacent the spindle. A non-contact three-dimensional (3D) measurement device is operably coupled to the tool mount, the 3D measurement device including a projector and at least one device camera, the at least one camera being arranged to receive light from the light source that is reflected off of a surface. A plurality of targets is provided with at least one of the targets coupled to the 3D measurement device. At least two photogrammetry cameras are provided having a orientation and a field of view to acquire images of the targets. A controller is coupled for communication to the 3D measurement device and the at least two cameras, the controller determining the position of the 3D measurement device within the machining center during operation.
CONTAINER TREATMENT SYSTEM AND AUTOMATIC EXCHANGE MACHINE
A container treatment system (1, 13) that has at least two working areas (AP). Each of the working areas (AP) respectively comprises at least one exchangeable working tool (2) and/or one adaptable format part. Furthermore, the container treatment system (1, 13) comprises at least one automatic exchange machine (10) which is movable, in particular drivable, to the at least two working areas (AP), which automatic exchange machine (10) can be connected selectively to any of the respective working areas (AP), in particular using centering means (22, 32), and which automatic exchange machine (10) comprises tools for exchanging the working tools (2) and/or for adapting the format parts of the respective working area (AP).
