Process for producing cement using a secondary fuel
The invention provides a process for producing cement, the process comprising providing heat to a cement manufacturing process using a secondary fuel, wherein the secondary fuel comprises cellulose and plastic and is in the form of pellets of a size between about 3-25 mm thickness, having a calorific value of about 16 GJ/ton or more, and wherein said secondary fuel is supplied at a place between the kiln inlet and the first cyclone, wherein after formation of the cement clinker, the cement clinker is cooled and milled to cement powder. Preferably, the secondary fuel is supplied to the riser pipe or to a pre-kiln combustion chamber. Generally, the secondary fuel is provided at a place which allows the pellets to burn before coming in contact with the cement materials in the kiln, while it also does not rise into the cyclone, thereby preventing blocking of the cyclones.
PROCESS FOR PRODUCING LIQUID FUEL FROM WASTE HYDROCARBON AND/OR ORGANIC MATERIAL, REACTOR, APPARATUS, USES AND MANAGING SYSTEM THEREOF
There are provided processes for producing liquid fuels from a mainly organic starting material with a reduced content in water and/or with a reduced content in solids. The mainly organic starting material can be at least partially liquified and optionally further dewatered. The obtained at least partially liquid fraction can be thereafter used as feeding stream that is submitted to a pyrolysis treatment resulting in a solid gas fraction allowing the recovering of a liquid fuels after a controlled liquid solid separation treatment. There are also provided various other processes for producing liquid fuel from waste hydrocarbon and/or organic material as well as reactors, apparatuses, uses and managing systems thereof.
Controller with clinker agitator control for biofuel-fired furnace
A microprocessor-based controller manages combustion within a biofuel furnace. A clinker agitator controller generates signals for controlling operation of a motorized clinker agitator of the biofuel furnace. The microprocessor-based controller may additionally control any of fuel feed rate, air supply rate and ash removal rate.

Fuel feed and air feed controller for biofuel-fired furnace
A microprocessor-based controller manages delivery of BTUs or power by determining an amount of thermal heat or power needed through sensors and, in response, controls a batch or continuous feed of biofuel fuel and/or air to a biofuel furnace. The controller controls the fuel and air required to operate the furnace efficiently.
Method and apparatus for continuous recycling of waste plastic into liquid fuels
A method and system (100) is provided for continuous recycling of waste plastic feedstock into liquid fuels. The method includes sending the feedstock into a rotary retort vessel at an input end of the rotary retort vessel. The feedstock is received on either sides of a partition structure, wherein the partition structure connects the input end of the rotary retort vessel to an output end of the rotary retort vessel. The feedstock is pyrolized in the rotary retort vessel, wherein the feedstock produces gaseous byproducts and non-gaseous byproducts. The byproducts are moved towards the output end of the rotary retort vessel, wherein the movement is facilitated by declination of the rotary retort vessel and the one or more partition structures. The non-gaseous byproducts are continuously removed from the rotary retort vessel.
