System and method for electrospinning superfine fiber bundling
Disclosed is a system and a method for electrospinning superfine fiber bundling, belonging to the technical field of artificial fiber manufacturing, and comprises a spinning nozzle and a bundling disk which are coaxially arranged; the spinning nozzle is arranged at an upper part of the bundling disk; the bundling disk is connected with a motor through a coupling; the motor rotates to drive the bundling disk to rotate; a guide groove is also arranged outside the bundling disk; a center of the bundling disk is provided with a shaft; the insulated outer ring, the central conductive ring, the insulated inner ring and the shaft are fixed by bonding or thermal compounding; inner and outer edges of the central conductive ring are smooth circular arc rounded corners; an inner edge of the insulated outer ring and an outer edge of the insulated inner ring are corresponding smooth rounded corners.
Upper For An Article of Footwear Having Two Yarn Types
An upper for an article of footwear may include a first area located on at least one of a lateral and a medial side of the upper and a second area located adjacent to the first area. In some aspects, the first area extends between the second area and a biteline. The first area may include a first knit courses, at least a majority which are at least partially formed by a first yarn, and the second area may include a plurality of second knit courses, at least a majority of the second knit courses are formed by a second yarn. A third yarn may form at least one loop in a course within the first knit courses and may extend inside a pocket between the first and second layers in the second area. In some aspects, a third yarn may have interlooped portions and exposed portions.
KNITTED TENSILE STRUCTURES
A knit component may include a knit-in tensile area, which may include an opening at least partially bounded by a first intersecting portion and a second intersecting portion. A course of tensile material that is integrally knitted with the first intersecting portion via a knit stitch may include a float extending from the first intersecting portion, across the opening, to the second intersecting portion. A knitting method may knit courses of the knit component on needle beds and then widen and/or narrow parts of the opening by transferring stitches of one of the courses of the knit component to different needles.
Method for manufacturing footwear articles
Systems and methods for manufacturing knitted shoe uppers. An article of fully finished three-dimensionally weft knitted footwear is manufactured through a knitting process which can be performed by an automated V-bed flat knitting machine. The knitting process includes manipulating one or more double-knit stitch types and joining the stitches exclusively in the knitting process to create a seamless upper to fit a foot. A resulting upper advantageously has no sewn seams and requires no manual post process to cut or sew the upper to create the dimensional shape. The process creates a seamless, full gauge, dimensionally stable footwear upper, as a unitary textile construction with an integrated anatomically appropriate heel. The entire upper, including the closure element of the upper, may be completed exclusively by the knitting machine, ready for the following shoe making process.
PREPARATION METHOD OF ULTRA-HIGH MOLECULAR WEIGHT POLYETHYLENE FIBER, SPINNERET ASSEMBLY AND MULTIFILAMENT YARN
The present application relates to the technical field of fiber spinning molding, and particularly to a preparation method of an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber, a spinneret assembly and a multifilament yarn. The spinneret assembly includes a housing, a plate body and an extrusion hole provided in the plate body. The extrusion hole includes a pressurized inlet segment and an outlet segment connected to an end of the pressurized inlet segment. An inner diameter of the pressurized inlet segment is gradually decreased from one end away from the outlet segment to the other end, and the inner diameter of the outlet segment is constant.
Footwear component manufacturing methods
Physical foaming a footwear component with a single-phase solution of a polymeric composition and a supercritical fluid is provided. The method include temperature conditioning a mold and then engaging the mold with a robot that conveys the mold to a press. At the press a gas counter pressure is applied to a cavity of the mold before injecting a single-phase solution of a polymeric composition and a supercritical fluid into the cavity of the mold. The process continues with releasing the gas counter pressure from the cavity of the mold and then removing the footwear component from the cavity of the mold. The parameters of the method are configured for the formation of the footwear component in an automated manner.
FOOTWEAR ARTICLE HAVING REPURPOSED MATERIAL WITH CONCEALING LAYER
In example aspects, materials are repurposed for article manufacturing. That is, in some instances, materials in the manufacturing supply chain are potentially subject to disposal. However, aspects of this disclosure sustainably repurpose those materials (that might otherwise be disposed of) to be used in articles. In some aspects, the repurposed materials may be obscured with a concealing layer.
MULTIPLE LAYER KNITTED COMPONENTS HAVING MULTI-BED AREA
In one aspect of the disclosure, a knitted component for use in an article of footwear may include a first layer with a multi-bed first area having a first surface and an opposite facing second surface. The knitted component may include a second layer with a second area overlapping the first area. The second area may have a first surface and an opposite facing second surface. The knitted component may include a plurality of interlayer knit stitches interlooping at least one yarn of the first layer with at least one yarn of the second layer at an interface between the second surfaces of the first and second areas. The interior surfaces of the first area and the second area may define at least part of a freely separable area between the first and second areas.
METHOD FOR MAKING A CARBON FIBRE FROM A PAPER PRODUCT
Disclosed is a method for making a carbon fibre from a paper product. The method includes preparing a cellulose-based fibre by crushing the paper product, dissolving the crushed material obtained in an aqueous phosphoric acid solution to form a spinning solution, and forming a cellulose-based continuous fibre by use of a solvent spinning process. The cellulose fibre formed in this way is subjected to carbonisation treatment in order to form a carbon fibre.
Knitted component for an article of footwear
A knitted component may include a first portion, where the first portion at least partially forms an underfoot area of an article of footwear. A second portion may be included, where the second portion at least partially forms an outer surface of a medial or a lateral side of an article of footwear. A forward portion may extend from an end of the first portion and may include a toebox area in a toe region of the knitted component. A knitted connection structure may be located between the toebox area of the forward portion and the second portion, where the second portion includes a first course, where the toebox area of the second portion includes a second course, and where the first course is secured to the second course through the knitted connection structure.
