An object of the present invention is to provide a system that ensures the traceability of dismantlement target objects. A dismantlement work monitoring system includes: a dismantlement-progress-information acquisition unit 13 that acquires progress information on progress of the dismantlement work; an identification-information acquisition unit 15 that acquires identification information used to identify the dismantlement target object (scrap automobile SC), the identification information being held by an identifier attached to the dismantlement target object; and an associated-information storage unit 12 that stores associated information in which the progress information is associated with the identification information.

Quick Connect And Disconnect Latch Mechanism For Mounting Accessories On Offroad Vehicles
20230202600 · 2023-06-29 ·

A latching mechanism removably attaches an accessory to an offroad vehicle without requiring tools. The latching mechanism includes a body, a shaft extending through the body, and a handle riding on a conical surface of the body for rotating the shaft relative to the body. An oblong head extends on a lower side of the body, rotatable by the handle and shaft to a position where the head extends under a shoulder of a mounting recess. A spring system biases the head axially, such that the head can be moved either upwardly or downwardly from a balanced elevation set by a nut tightenable on a bolt. The mounting recess has an upper portion shaped differently from a lower portion. The body includes a hooking portion which extends significantly above the top of the mounting recess.

COLD KNIFE HOLDER CAPABLE OF PUSHING AND PULLING OPERATION
20220305682 · 2022-09-29 ·

A cold knife holder capable of pushing and pulling operations, includes a main body forming a chamber and a slot, a handle, a detent member, a first spring and a first steel ball. One side of the main body forms a perforation which communicates with the chamber. The handle includes a sleeve, a connecting rod and a grip rod. Both ends of the connecting rod are respectively connected to the sleeve and the grip rod, and the sleeve is pivotally sleeved on the main body, so that the handle is rotated relative to the main body, and the first or second caulking is connected to the perforation, and the detent member is arranged in the chamber. The first steel ball is pivotally embedded in the perforation, so that the detent member drives the first steel ball to be embedded in the first or second caulking, thereby positioning the handle.

An attachment system is provided for attaching an external component to a chassis of a vehicle, such as components for performing snow clearance, road measurements, road surface marking assemblies, transport of vehicles or gear, including salvaging work and transport of heavy duty vehicles. The attachment system includes at least an elongated chassis coupler element, a fastening mechanism for fastening the chassis coupler element to the chassis when in a mounted position, a distance element, and a clamping mechanism. The coupler element is shaped to fit inside a hollow space of the distance element, and the clamping mechanism is operable to control an insertion length of the coupler element into the hollow space thereby controlling the clamping of the distance element and the chassis when the attachment device is in a mounted position.

OPERATION ANALYSIS METHOD, OPERATION ANALYSIS DEVICE, AND OPERATION ANALYSIS PROGRAM

Based on operation trajectory data an operation analysis device identifies all open points indicating positions at which the crusher is opened during the operation period and all close points indicating positions at which a crusher is closed during an operation period, calculates, as a shortest distance, a distance between each open point of the all open points and a close point nearest to the each open point, and identifies, as a sorting destination open point, an open point at which the shortest distance exceeds a first threshold value, identifies data until the crusher grasping the dismantling part moves to the sorting destination and returns to the dismantling target again from among the operation trajectory data as movement data of the crusher having moved in the dismantling operation, and identifies data in which the movement data has been removed from the operation trajectory data as grasping operation data.

Method for cutting side plates and end plates of scrapped railway boxcar

A method for cutting side plates and end plates of a scrapped railway boxcar aims to improve low disassembling efficiency as it is difficult to disassemble the scrapped railway boxcar. The steps of cutting the side plates includes: A1: cutting a top of an upper side plate; A2: performing cutting downwards, dividing the upper side plate, and then cutting the left upper side plate; A3: cutting the right upper side plate; A4: cutting a lower side plate; A5: cutting off upper channel steel on columns; A6: cutting off lower channel steel on the columns; and A7: cutting the columns. The method avoids complicated working conditions of directly cutting angle iron, the channel steel, multilayer boards and closed regions, so that the cutting efficiency of the side plates and the end plates of the boxcars is improved. Moreover, automatic cutting can be realized according to a set cutting path.
