REUSABLE KNOCK-DOWN SHIPPING CONTAINER
A shipping container formed from a single piece of flexible planar material as a continuous and contiguous structure foldable into a reusable, knock-down box. The shell body comprises a fabric or mesh and includes a semi-rigid bottom panel and a zipper disposed within an end panel securing an end panel flap. A pair of opposing handles are formed in the end portion and a resealable label pouch is affixed to a top panel.
RECYCLABLE COMPOSITE ZIPPER BAG AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
A recyclable composite zipper bag and a method for producing the same are provided. At least two side edges of two composite films are bonded by heat seal to form the bag body of the recyclable composite zipper bag. Each composite film includes an outer layer and an inner layer. The outer layer is a BOPE film and the inner layer is a PCR PE film. The outer layer and the inner layer are combined with each other. The composite film made of BOPE and PCR PE can increase impact and puncture resistance of the recyclable composite zipper bag and favor to recycle and reuse. In the method for producing a recyclable composite zipper bag, the composite films are bonded by heat seal at a temperature of 120-130° C. in order to effectively avoid wrinkling, thereby improving the yield of products.
SEALABLE PAINT CAN LINER
A reusable paint can liner for preserving paint poured into a container for use. The liner includes a base, a first side, and a second side, each of the first and second sides each having a bottom portion, first and second side portions, and a top portion. The bottom portion of the first side and the bottom portion of the second side are permanently affixed to the base, the first side portion of the first side is permanently affixed to the first side portion of the second side, and the second side portion of the first side is permanently affixed to the second side portion of the second side. The top portion of the first side is selectively sealable to the top portion of the second side.
Clean room autoclave bag and hopper cover system
A cleanroom autoclave system including a reusable autoclave breather bag and a reusable fill line hopper cover. The autoclave bag is formed from a launderable abrasion resistant inner fabric layer and a launderable polyester outer fabric layer, and has a zipper closure. The hopper cover is formed from a circular bonnet and an open tubular skirt formed from a launderable polyester fabric, and includes an elastic portion and snaps to secure the hopper cover.
FOOD STORAGE CONTAINER
To provide a food storage container capable of preventing penetration of blood and juice and there is almost no level difference in the four corners not to generate air space even when a top seal is applied. A food storage container is formed in a heavy paper material from a pulp material, wherein the heavy paper material is coated with a thermoplastic resin having a heat sealability, a folding piece connecting a side face piece with a neighboring side face piece is provided on each of four corners of the heavy paper material, one end of an upper end of the folding piece reaches a position between an inner end of a flange portion of one of the two neighboring side face pieces arranged on an upper surface and an intermediate position of the inner end and an outer end of the flange portion, the other end of the upper end of the folding piece does not reach the flange portion of the other of the two neighboring side face pieces, and the two neighboring side face pieces are overlapped and adhered with each other sandwiching the folding piece. Thus, a connection portion of the flange portions can be formed flatly.
