Elagolix formulation
A pharmaceutical formulation is disclosed which includes at least: (1) elagolix sodium, (2) magnesium oxide, and (3) at least one disintegrating agent, such as crospovidone, croscarmellose sodium, sodium starch glycolate, pregelatinized and mixtures thereof. A tablet is also disclosed which includes a tablet core formed from the pharmaceutical formulation. The elagolix sodium tablets of the present disclosure display improved dissolution rates when tested using for example the Tablet Sink Time test. The tablets also exhibit improved storage stability of the elagolix sodium, with a reduction in degradation products during storage.

Oral dosage forms comprising eltrombopag choline, processes for preparation thereof and methods of use thereof are disclosed. The compositions disclosed exhibit enhanced bioavailability and reduced food effect compared to commercially available formulations of eltrombopag.
Oral Pharmaceutical Immediate Release Composition
There is disclosed an oral pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of multiple diseases comprising a denatonium cation salt and a sour anion selected from the group consisting of acetate (DA), citrate (DC) tartrate (CT), maleate (DM) and combinations thereof (collectively “denatonium salt”) and pharmaceutical excipients for gastric release of the denatonium salt. There is further disclosed an oral immediate release pharmaceutical composition to substantially release an API (active pharmaceutical ingredient) in the gastric area of the GI tract formulation, wherein the API comprises an effective amount of the denatonium salt. Preferably, the oral immediate release pharmaceutical formulation comprises from about 0.5 g to about 5 g of the denatonium salt delivering a daily dose of the denatonium salt from about 20 mg to about 150 mg to a human adult.
Methods for treating metabolic disorder
Provided are a self-nanoemulsifying 3D printer ink composition and a method of using such composition to manufacture a 3D-printed tablet having compartmentalized active pharmaceutical ingredients. In particular, the 3D-printed tablet composition includes glimepiride and/or rosuvastatin in a curcuma oil based self-nanoemulsifying drug delivery system (SNEDDS). The disclosure also provides a method of treating a metabolic disorder or disease by administering a therapeutically effective amount of the 3D-printed tablet to a subject in need thereof.

Sublingual Semaglutide-BPC 157 combination for weight loss
Sublingual Semaglutide compositions may comprise both Semaglutide or a salt thereof and a gastric peptide or salt thereof, in combination. The use of a gastric peptide mitigates gastrointestinal side effects of Semaglutide. A weight loss regimen comprises administration of sublingual Semaglutide compositions in the physical form of sublingual tablets. In preferred embodiments, each sublingual Semaglutide tablet provides about 500 mcg Semaglutide or 750 mcg Semaglutide in combination with 300 mcg of gastric peptide, with the gastric peptide preferably comprising Body Protection Compound-157 (BPC-157).
